Disgusting service. I came with a request to choose lace to sew to the outfit, they are being sent from one place to another. There are a lot of employees in the store, but for some reason you have to stand and wait for one person to be released. I stood in line, asked my question, after which they waved their hand at me and told me to choose. What to choose, how to choose, is not clear. As a person who doesn't understand this, I didn't know what kind of fabric I needed. After I asked again if this fabric would suit me, I was again waved off and told that I needed another fabric altogether and continued to go about my business. There were no people then. There was absolutely no customer orientation or interest in helping the client. They transfer work from one to the other.
