There are a lot of sun beds. The buildings of the hotel are located in such a way that a piece of the sea is visible from each room. Also, one of the advantages is a huge selection of different cocktails, which are prepared not only in the lobby but also in many bars on site. Imported alcoholic beverages are offered in many bars, including the pier bar. The food deserves special attention. Her choice is so huge that you don't have time to try everything you want. Every evening, 6-7 types of meat, 4-5 types of fish, fish rolls, etc. are cooked on the fire. If possible, I recommend the hotel. This is the best hotel in this price category.

Everything is clean, every toilet is washed and smells of perfume, even the one on the beach. There is a lot of entertainment, for a child there are two water parks, a bowling alley and game rooms, for us every evening there is a show or concert, and sometimes both. The beach is clean, the sea is clean, the territory turned out to be large, all the people were distributed so that they did not interfere with each other.

Initially, we were going to another hotel, bought a tour, accidentally came across reviews about the Kirman Belazur hotel and it was decided to change the tour, which we never regretted). So our vacation was from April 23 to May 1, as a couple, the weather was beautiful. As far as I know, the weather has deteriorated badly for several days since May 2. Overnight flight by Aeroflot is clear, without delays. It took a long time to get to the hotel, around two hours, there were 8 hotels along the way, ours was the seventh and most beautiful of all that were in front of us). Before the trip, I contacted the representative of the hotel (contacts from Tophotels) about early check-in, if possible. Check-in. We arrived at the hotel around 12 p.m., checked in instantly, room 6113, with a sea view (it was booked upon purchase). Beautiful, bright, concise reception, interesting furniture. Bracelets in the hotel are available in two colors: white and purple (when visiting the hotel again). We had purple ones (although this is our first time), perhaps as a compliment). The room also had a welcome package in the form of a bottle of wine, fruits, nuts, and a cute postcard. It was a pleasure). The room is standard, as described, everything is clean, tidy, everything is in working order. The only thing the hotel needs is a replacement of textiles-bed linen, room and beach towels. The condition is sad... Food. It's gorgeous. Infinity pools 16+ (which actually has no age restrictions-more on that later) are heated perfectly. In fact, it was a painful question, since we were not traveling in the season of swimming in the sea, so the question was relevant, I also asked the hotel staff in advance, received an affirmative answer on heating, we were there in the morning, when there were not many people yet and you can swim safely, after lunch it's full of trash. The children's water park is also warming up. The rest of the pools are cold. About the 16+ pool. I would really like him to be like that, and there would be no children in diapers and all kinds of ages swimming around. This is a big negative. We stayed in other hotels and there is always a clear restriction for the 16+ zone, and the staff who will tell you that such recreation areas are not provided for children. Moreover, there are plenty of places for children in the hotel - an excellent kids' club and a water park. The sea and the pier. Cold) although there were a lot of people bathing. The entrance to the sea is the standard Turkish coast. The pier was not working at full capacity, which is also a shame, the hotel has been open since April 1, and I believe that at least by the 20th it is possible to fully equip the pier and the pavilions on it. We expected to rest there, but alas... We were leaving on May 1, and not everything was ready yet. Also, my love is gozleme... According to the concept of the hotel, there is a place for cooking, which also did not work by May 1, which is also a shame. Gozleme was in the main restaurant, but it wasn't delicious. The Internet in the hotel is constantly falling off and with enviable frequency, you can't work without nerves, you have to pay tribute to the staff, they tried to do something, invited an IT worker, went to the room, set up...but then it all came back... Customer orientation and the work service of managers and guest relief are excellent!. We contacted them repeatedly, always made contact, and there was a result. We signed up for a restaurant in Alaska, while we were arguing with my husband which one to go to (I wanted to go to Italian, he wanted to go to Turkish)) we signed up for both)). It was delicious, Joseph (Russian-speaking Italian-thank you), Norine (I hope I spelled the name correctly)-we communicated through an interpreter, and thank you for resolving all issues. We asked about replacing the dressing gowns with a larger size for my husband, because the sizes of the dressing gowns in the room are standard p46-48., they brought three pieces to choose from, they left everything). When booking the hotel, I indicated that I was checking in on my birthday and asked for a beautiful room, the room was booked with a partial sea view, in fact, I was checked in, yes, with a partial view of the sea and the backyard with a farm. buildings and a technical noisy area. The room was dirty, the windows, the shower were mildewed, dust, traces of dirt on the bedside tables, I asked the manager to give me another room, but they refused. And yes, the hotel, of course, is not obliged to put a birthday compliment in the room, but it is respect and hospitality to the guest, this hotel does not have that. Later, I met a reception employee, asking if everything was okay, I replied that it was my birthday, and I was shocked by the room and the service, to which the employee said "we'll fix it." But in the end, nothing changed. The territory of the hotel is small, compact, there is no information where everything is, you go looking for someone, you ask, there is no hotel card, all hotels have long switched to quarter codes, where there is all the necessary information, and here, upon check-in, they gave you a printout of black/w color with a meal schedule. That's all I have no words ... there are absolutely no heated pools, the water is cold, the beach is small, there is a pier, there is garbage all around the beach, broken iron structures, old towels in poor condition, as well as towels in the room. The bed linen is old and gray, as are the blankets. The food is high-quality and quite diverse. This is not a five-star hotel, as it positions itself. There is no desire to return to this hotel.

Who, like me, needs only the sea. And happy kids at the water park, I recommend it! And considering that the price is reasonable. You should not overpay in rixos, calista, for example. Of course, there are nuances like towels on a card, or not the fluffiest towels, not starched linen. They came up, asked, but did not bring it, and this was in the absence of an influx of people).And we wouldn't have to pay all the attention to it, because otherwise everything is great, if not for one thing: we were wearing a bracelet of a different color, because this is our second time here. I couldn't help but associate the service with the color of the bracelet, which made me feel: "we're second class here." Unpleasant. Why separate people so officially? So that what?? You feel like some kind of outcast. That's just a minus one star for this (well, the service was noticeably lower than the first time). So I can say that you can definitely come here once!! Everything is amazing for the first time!! And the second one is to rely on priorities, ask yourself "Why am I coming here a second time?". The quality of the wine and cocktails is very questionable. Animation - the guys are trying, there are no questions here. A good water park and a pool with slides for kids. One of the disadvantages: a small area, which is actually occupied by a swimming pool. There are no beautiful places and a complete lack of aesthetics. A huge number of smokers, during 15 trips to Turkey, it was the first time I found myself in a hotel with such a large number of smokers. At the same time, you can smoke everywhere, even at the exit to the beach there is a smoking area. It's just hell for non-smokers, you smell it all the time. The service is for 4 days. Music can be heard everywhere until 23, in general, the buildings are located so that the noise is everywhere and always, either from the pool during the day or in the evening from bars and animation. For those who go to bed at 22 and monitor the quality of sleep, it will not be easy. Well, the cherry on the cake, you will not be able to extend the room in any way and even book another one for money if you have a late check-out. This is also the first time I've encountered this. The rooms are clean and not tired, the cleaning is like everywhere else for 4, the mini bar was replenished daily. The territory is not large, but well maintained. The children's and adult water parks are super. There are 5 meals, a lot of different dishes both in the main restaurant and at other venues (there are a lot of them, there are not many people at lunch in the main restaurant because of this). The beach is clean, first the sand, then the small pebbles. It's already 4 meters deep from the shore. The pier on the beach is just great, there is a bar, there is a fast food area, a lot of chillongs and umbrellas. Alcohol is all imported, beer is in cans or bottles. There are a lot of different cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Animation for children under 8 years old is very intense, but it was a bit boring for older children.
