At 10:30am, they knocked on my door and woke me up, asking if I wanted to be cleaned. I said no, and went out at 12pm to tell a male receptionist that they could clean it now. I came back in the afternoon and found that the room had not been cleaned at all. I asked the male receptionist to clean it now, but he said that the hotel was very busy and it would be my turn at 8pm. Is this a joke? I put up with it, and when it was 8:30pm, no one came to clean. I went to the front desk again, but the man had already left work. Was he just saying these nonsense to me just to get by? Not only was the room not cleaned, but they didn't even change the towels and toiletries. It's a rubbish hotel, and the bed was dented. The balcony door was also broken and sealed with glue.

Objectively. The staff is polite, the check-in is fast. The room has enough to stay in. The mattress is comfortable, linen and towels are changed every day. There is an air conditioner. When checking in, there is a mini bar on the table, I recommend that you immediately take a photo of the room and bar, because after checking out you will be told that something is missing. Then, of course, they will realize that they were mistaken. The hot water shutdown was not reported in advance. I read it on arrival, I had to look for alternatives on my own, as a result, they gave me a bucket to heat the water. The food for breakfast is not delicious, the porridge is all water, you can drink coffee. I won't come back a second time.

"We stayed at the King Hotel Astana in December with the children and were absolutely delighted! We lived in a Junior Suite on the 21st floor: the view is amazing, and the room itself is very comfortable. I would like to mention the restaurant separately: it serves both European and national cuisine, and the chefs are real masters of their craft: everything was incredibly delicious. The hotel has a fitness center, lobby bar and parking, which is convenient when traveling by car. The location was also pleasing: Republic Avenue is just a 10—minute walk away, and the Ishim River embankment is 15 minutes away. My children and I walked there every day — it was very atmospheric. And the hotel was decorated just magically for the New Year: the feeling of celebration was everywhere. I definitely recommend it!"

Good service and a clean room, but there are nuances with ventilation and windows. We stayed at this hotel together and were generally satisfied, although there were some minor drawbacks. Positive: 1. Staff (10/10): Special thanks to the girls at the reception! Since I couldn't book a room through the website, they helped me make a reservation right on the spot through Booking. I am very pleased that we met you halfway and arranged a "residence permit" (registration) in advance before our check-in. 2. Cleanliness and comfort: The room is clean. Very comfortable bed: good mattress and snow-white bed linen. 3. Facilities: The room has everything you need: safe, iron with ironing board, hair dryer. It is possible to use laundry and ironing services. There is a TV, we watched local TV. Cons and features: 1. Shower accessories: We were accommodated together, but all individual items (towels, slippers, dental kits, soap, gel, as well as glasses, cups, and even tea/coffee) were designed strictly for one person. I'm sure they would have brought everything to us for the second one, but they didn't ask for it — just consider this point. 2. View and windows: We lived on the 22nd floor and really wanted to rent a beautiful sunrise. Unfortunately, the windows turned out to be dirty from the outside, plus they were taped and sealed with sealant (apparently tightly). The dawn was photographed, but through a light "vintage" filter. It won't be possible to ventilate either. 3. Odor: There is a slight unpleasant odor from the sewer openings in the sink and bathroom. The closed bathroom door saves, but this is a minus. 4. No refrigerator: There is no refrigerator. Instead, there is a mini-bar on the table (alcohol, snacks) for a fee, and all this is warm, since there is nowhere to cool. But the range is decent. 5. Safety: A metal box is hanging on the ceiling on the balcony: an individual rope-rope life belt for evacuation from the 22nd floor (with detailed instructions). I hope it will never be useful to anyone, but it looks unusual. Bottom line: Despite the described disadvantages, we were satisfied with the rest. The staff and the comfortable bed brightened up the unpleasant little things.

It was in March 2025. I give 4 stars because of the following disadvantages: 0 noise insulation, all morning you can hear the cleaners talking on the walkie-talkie; children from all over the floor were running, yelling and knocking on the door (of course it's not the fault of the hotel, but the overall impression was affected). The dining room is a buffet-style breakfast- there is nothing to choose: sausage, cheese, small portions. We made an order for lunch-it took a long time to wait. There are 2 small bottles of water in the room, and when asked to bring more water (since there is nowhere to get it), they offered to buy it at the bar, where it costs 3 times more than in the store. At least put a cooler on the floor. Everything is good in the room, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

I really liked it, for the first time I lived so high 😆-19 floor!!!!! Very nice room (small cozy apartment), spacious, bathroom, clean, has everything you need (kettle,tea and coffee, bottled drinking water, refrigerator).Breakfast was included in the price (it was very tasty): omelets (simple and filled), hard-boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, baked pumpkin, pancakes, waffles, delicious cottage cheese with sour cream and kefir, jams, sweets (cupcakes and shortbread cakes),toast,butter,tea and juices, etc. (the choice was varied). I really liked the hotel, it was the first time we were in Astana (in Kazakhstan in general), we were impressed, we will definitely come again.

The faucet in the sink is fine at the same time. It's also yellow. As usual, the hair dryer has a tiny hard cord, the hair dryer is on the wall. The audibility from the neighboring rooms is very high. There are no coolers. Fill the kettle- either from a bottle or go to a restaurant. The buffet breakfast is meager and tasteless. The food in the restaurant: Kazakh-style meat (it's also Beshbarmak, only more expensive) is delicious, vegetable salad of tomatoes and cucumbers is delicious. Tom yam is not very good. The Bolognese is bad. There is no tea in the kettles, only in the cups. There is no paper menu, only through a quark code. The prices in the restaurant are low. Wi-Fi is normal. The bed, bed linen, towels are good. Slippers and a minimal shower set and a toothbrush are available. I don't know if they replenish it or not, I lived for one night. I won't stop here a second time.

On July 11, at about 21.05, we rented a room. The suite was not the same as before. There's no cafe right now, so we have to order delivery. Very inconvenient! We left. After a while, I remembered that they took a deposit from us, they paid us in cash. I called them, at first they told us that we weren't there, that a foreigner was renting the room, then suddenly they remembered us, asked us to look at the cameras, they called back two hours later and said that they hadn't charged us a deposit. Although I am in my right mind and I remember that I was told in the morning that I would be reminded about the deposit, and they did not remind me. I was surprised that they took the deposit at all. The staff divided the money among themselves, obviously! Obviously, no one will give us the money in cash. It turns out that someone is being charged a deposit, while others are not. Unfortunately, I paid in cash, if I had a card, it would be easier to prove that I gave a deposit. I have a very bad impression of the hotel. I'm not going there anymore. We were regular customers! According to the booking photo, the room is a pole, but we were told that it was a suite. They charged us 65,000 t. + 10,000 deposit, which was not returned to us. We rented a suite earlier, it looks different. Even the photos are preserved

The hotel is decently tired, there are no plumbing and bathroom facilities, the TV shows snow, the walls are cardboard, the doors are slamming so that they hit the brains. The location is also not the best, but it is tolerable. The rooms are large in size, but they are simple and shabby. Pros — there are always rooms, an affordable price in the region of 20,000 rubles per standard, and a working Internet connection. Otherwise, there are disadvantages. The hotel needs to update the bathrooms and furniture! If you do not need the Internet to work, it is better to choose another hotel. There are more comfortable options for the same money.

I do not know who and when drew 5 stars for them! But after living there for a week, I came across the following: 1. Terrible drafts. It was scary to approach the elevator on the floor. All the double-glazed windows were smeared with some kind of sealant, but it still whistled through them. You press the door or window, it stops. You let go and whistle again. 3 times I asked to see what's in my room with a shower. A large bathroom with a large bathtub, but the pressure in the shower is like a little boy pissing. I asked three times to solve the problem, and three times they called somewhere right in front of me and assured me that they would solve everything right today! Nothing has changed in a week. The mattress! It feels like a tractor was turning around on it before the hotel. But it's hard and crumpled, as if someone chewed it. We paid extra for accommodation: several days, we ourselves at the reception. We were told one amount (4 tons cheaper than through an agency) per room. And in the morning we were told that we need to pay extra for these 4 thousand to pay extra. Well, at least with the checks. I definitely do not recommend it!
