Unacceptable living conditions. The property completely fails to meet the description and basic sanitary standards. 1. Lack of hygiene: The sofas and bed linen are extremely dirty, and the linen has a foul odor. It is obvious that no cleaning was done prior to our arrival. 2. Technical issues: All the faucets are broken. It is impossible to use the toilet or maintain basic hygiene. 3. Deception: We requested a cleaner, and we were promised one would be sent, but no one showed up. Instead of the promised service, we received dirty accommodation and broken promises. I strongly advise against staying here. I have video evidence of all these issues, which I have attached to this review.
