I probably think everything here is very tasty and cheap after Moscow. 😅 An authentic cafe in the Ukrainian style, I liked it. The portions are good, the cuisine is really delicious, I really liked the borscht and dumplings. The cafe is roadside, you can't expect any luxury from it, but considering its specifics, it turned out very well, atmospheric 👍 The staff is excellent and fast.

I only came to Uralsk for one day. I Googled the best cafes and restaurants in the city and stopped at the "Farm". It's not far from central Avenue, I walked there. I really liked it! Atmospheric, cozy, delicious food. I ordered a signature salad, borscht with garlic dumplings and dumplings with chicken and mushrooms. Delicious! I couldn't finish all the dumplings, they gave them to me. I recommend it!

The atmosphere of a Soviet sanatorium and the vague taste. I decided to stop by Khutorok, on a weekday, the beginning of the fifth evening, hoping for comfort and a delicious lunch. Alas, the first thing that caught my eye was an empty room and two waitresses busy with more important things than serving the guests (one even seemed to have fallen asleep). To be honest, this "trick" was a bit discouraging. The menu, however, was pleased with the variety. Prices are slightly above average. Let's move on to the main thing — food. The borscht that was so praised turned out to be... well, borscht. Nothing outstanding, just ordinary. The Kiev cake, which I had high hopes for, turned out to be quite good, but, I admit, I'm clearly not a fan of such a "cake". It feels like you're not eating dessert, but just a lot of sweets. I don't want to recommend it, I won't go back)

Kvass, which they cook themselves, is also so-so, very sweet. In general, now we go there only if we have a cafe on the way and because of borscht. They greet the guests with a very positive attitude. Even in the worst mood and mood, after the smile of a friendly and polite waiter, you want to shine in the most non-flying weather. I would like to mention dumplings with cherries, pancakes with salmon, beef stroganoff with chicken and homemade tincture on currants, as my favorites in this institution. By the way, back to the atmosphere, the design/interior is very unusual, both in the small hall and in the large one. I want to look at everything, take pictures. Interesting paraphernalia, cloth dolls, maces and cute Ukrainian wreaths, a lot of ideas for photography. You can go to the "Farm" both with your family and with friends. A wonderful place. I recommend it! (Although I rather insist on visiting a cozy corner of Uralsk!)

I want to give my assessment to this institution. It will be slightly different from the previous ones. Well, first of all, this is not a real Ukrainian cuisine, but already adapted for this region. Cabbage rolls with beef, dumplings with beef, etc., well, lard for borscht is also not served here. Now about the quality of the dishes. Well, the price-quality ratio is completely absent here. The establishment definitely does not pull at a restaurant, I would say more like a roadside cafe. Borscht for four, lamb ribs too, served a little already dried. The vinaigrette did not go down my throat at all, well, apparently Kazakh chefs do not know how to cook vinaigrette (namely, they cook there). All the salmon dishes are just not tasty to put it mildly. But simply because the fish itself is pale orange in color, and even with a smell. In general, this institution did not meet our expectations, despite the good reviews. I will also add that borscht in Uralsk can be eaten for such money and is much tastier, there are places.
