The dog was sluggish, and it didn't get up on its feet for long. They don't have a hospital to look after the animal until it finally comes to its senses!! Only then did I call and find out at the clinics that I needed to take care of the animal for 7-8 hours and monitor both temperature and condition. The dog died an hour later, without getting up. The clinic disowns everything. They did everything right, but I can't verify it in any way. No contract, no receipt. I'm begging all animal owners, just not here. Take care of your pets

This is a clinic where you pay for your love and responsibility to your pet, not for treatment. With a smile on her face, a sweet girl doctor, without mentioning what colitis is, for what and what cost, performs treatment. The unreasonably high price at the checkout for the first visit is 174 rubles for blood, a saline drip (2.18rubles per 100 ml. at the pharmacy) and an anesthetic injection! In response to my question, "why is it so expensive, you didn't warn me that it costs so much! What if I don't have that kind of money?" The answer is with a claim: "what did you want? Animals don't pay taxes to the state!" What does this have to do with a private clinic?? Does this mean that you have to pay salaries to a private clinic for treatment? It's a big question. The result of the treatment: in 7 days, I paid about 450 rubles to the clinic. Not thinking that it was sooo much, I was just afraid for the cat that I would die. At the end of treatment, the phrase: "Bring it for 3 days, we will continue to treat it!" Are you dumbfounded? How much money do you need to pay to help an animal???? Treating people is 10 times cheaper and the drugs are normal! The result: the treatment is completely useless, the effect is zero, and moreover, in the place where they injected the injections, there was a severe itch, the cat took the scalp on the withers in several places when scratching there (photo attached). To heal the skin, I bought a silverware and a capronka cat for a month, because I was constantly scratching. And after a month, the cat became 5 times worse. When I let them into the clinic and told them about the scalp I had taken from itching after their injections, the obvious answer was "bring it, we will treat it," for a fee, of course. Treatment depends on their treatment. I sincerely DO NOT recommend contacting the Hamster veterinary clinic in Polotsk. Your animal will only be maimed here. Choose another clinic where your pet will really be helped.

He left us. I wrote to the doctor, what should we do? The cat is wheezing, his lungs are failing. Answer: take the temperature.. How is it? 6 days of intensive care in the "Hamster" and a healthy, young cat dies and leaves us in exactly 6 days of "treatment". Oh , my heart is torn to pieces by the pain and the dad who died in his arms. Why are you doing this? Are you serious? very unqualified help.. How could the doctor not see that it wasn't an inflammation? And most likely it's appendicitis, which has burst. The cat is young, he is only 2 years old... he spent so little time with us 😭😭😭 the whole family, including small children, is crying for the 3rd day. Please do not bring your animals here and tell everyone that this place is definitely not for rescue.

Fortunately, a volunteer came to us, since finances did not allow us to treat, but it was necessary to solve something, to save the cat. And thank God it was all in time, even if the cat was gone... but I had to have an operation. The cat just had advanced cystitis. The competence of the doctors of this clinic is questionable.
