The longest possible wait. We went in for a quick snack, ordered Adjarian khachapuri and 5 khinkalek. Khachapuri was brought quickly, khinkali was waited for 40 minutes, at the stated 20. There was a lot of boiled egg in the pie, although there is no word about it in the description. It felt like there were more eggs than ham. My boyfriend can't stand the taste of a boiled egg, I couldn't eat it myself because the egg was overpowering everything that was there. I called the administrator, I explain: if you prescribe the composition, write it in full so that the guest understands what he is ordering. In response: "Well, we don't write that there are spices there." Then let's not write at all, let the guest guess what's inside. No apologies, no attempt to resolve the situation, just zero reaction. There's a separate story about drinks. It's not the first time we've had lunch here, and every time they just forget about the drinks. It took 20 minutes to order Ivan tea, and they weren't even going to carry it until they reminded them. Then why do you accept an order at all if you don't follow up on it? Khinkalnya is served as an institution with Georgian hospitality, but in fact it doesn't give a damn about the guests and a boorish approach to feedback. A very unpleasant aftertaste. As soon as the khinkalnya opened in Grodno, everything was great, but every year it gets worse and worse. We won't be back, thanks)
