The quality of services has become lower than in a free clinic! It's a disgrace! 18.01 at Krestyanskaya 1 in Gomel, an inadequate employee poked my vein because she couldn't get in properly after several attempts. This is the first time I've seen such nonsense. I did it several times, it was very painful! I didn't pay 141.24 for torture!!! The analysis was always carried out without problems from one barely perceptible puncture. Twice this non-medic left the office, then the receptionist came and explained to her what to do. And she also had the audacity to wail, "you ordered so many test tubes." Dear, are you all right? These are UAC, biochemistry and coagulogram, a standard set. This madam didn't have any test tubes. And in her opinion there were too many of them. And how to stand on the stream then, if one patient is a LOT and HARD?! It was the first time I felt so bad and hurt, and even in a paid office! She could not perform the correct placement of the needle, there was not enough blood for all the test tubes in the end, she pulled the tourniquet, I clenched my fist - but for the first time in my life they could not take blood from a vein normally. How she did it is unclear. My arm hurt so much that I couldn't carry the bag in it. I took the test at the twelfth hour of the day, it's 2:20 a.m. My arm hurts, a purple-blue lump has swollen (not just a bruise). The ice did not ease the pain, what she did for such a result, I will find out with the doctor tomorrow. I couldn't imagine that taking venous blood would cause so many problems. The horror is simple, not paid services. They became impudent, stopped monitoring the quality of service and the basic skills of the staff! They have completely deteriorated and there is no point in paying for bullying! No wonder there were so few people in the center! Take care of yourself and your money. I will not come here anymore, there will be an official complaint based on the recorded damage. To suffer and go to the doctors because of such a minor procedure is absurd. I've never had any problems with blood donation, and here it's such a mess. Let such "specialists" be served everywhere in the same way. And the one who "works" like this - do not dare approach live patients, especially in a paid office! You can only shift the paperwork at the reception! So that the money, nerves and health of the patients are safe. All good specialists! Blue - you lose all respect for such a lack of quality. My whole family and office don't set foot in your torture chamber anymore. You collect armless, unprofessional rabble and lose customers and money. In a regular clinic, they are more careful and work better. You expect something else from Sinevo! And you certainly won't be able to justify yourself with a small salary and terrible working conditions, as people who couldn't do their job duties at an acceptable level like to say about their low-quality work. A person who is unable to perform a simple medical procedure should not work in a paid office. And it shouldn't be free either. It is better to wash the floors well than to use a needle badly.
