There's usually a queue in the morning, but it moves pretty fast. There is a 3% discount for pensioners, and promotions are held periodically. The prices are adequate even for me, a pensioner. I've been living outside the city lately, but I still come to this laboratory for tests. The results can be obtained in the laboratory and on the phone and in the personal account on the website. The deadlines are quite short. I am always satisfied with the service and the procedure. I recommend it to anyone in need of tests.

To be honest, there was a queue, but thanks to the fast staff (at the reception?) everything went very quickly, all the service took place on coupons, and there was a place to sit while waiting. After the payment, I waited for them to call me for an analysis, not immediately, of course, but I didn't have to wait. The whole procedure was quick, the specialists were probably experienced (I don't understand), it didn't hurt or even feel like it, they gave me a delicious and healthy sweet as well as a coupon for coffee, it's very nice to receive such an unexpected gift, especially when you come here on an empty stomach. Everything was clean, beautifully renovated and everything was compactly and conveniently placed, thank you!
