We arrived in the morning and the friendly staff were waiting for us there. Since we made the order in advance, it didn't take long to complete, even though there were four of us. While we were getting ready, the children decorated the pictures in the children's corner. The blood sampling was done well and quickly, and the children were given balloons - they love them. They also gave everyone a strip of marshmallows. The very center is very clean, bright and comfortable. If necessary, we will come back here again. I definitely recommend this place.

The service is very slow, if there are 3 people in turn, then wait about 30-45 minutes. It is better to consult several times. Before taking the test for the day, I stopped by to ask how to take the test correctly and what are the benefits. I was told that there were social benefits or a discount coupon from the store, and I just had to arrive before 12:00. I did so, arrived at 11:00 a.m., waited 30 minutes while 3 people were being served. The queue came up and they asked me if I had arrived. This is my first time taking the rheumofactor and I don't know how it gives up. I was drinking coffee, but they didn't warn me the day before when I asked how to prepare for the analysis. It also turned out that there is a discount if you have a loyalty card from the Planet of Health pharmacy chain. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a laboratory of an ordinary polyclinic. Friends also complained about the slow service.

The queue for registration, the queue for tests. If it wasn't for Promtransinvest, which has already transferred money for the tests, we would have gone to another one, it would have been faster. There is one receptionist and one procedural nurse and you have to wait for hours for your turn. This is very inconvenient. The slogan is also unclear - create an order online to avoid queues.
