The clerks in the store are extremely unfriendly, and the consultations are sluggish, to put it mildly. Order Porcelain stoneware Carving 10 huge slabs. They wrote that they needed to pick it up from the warehouse before Monday (I also thought about why there was such an urgency), but as soon as I saw the tile, I realized.. The tiles were soaked through. When the loader took it out from the pallet, the whole package burst, the whole tile is completely WET!!! The stench of dampness was terrible!!! So some other biological "genius" put it in the middle on purpose so that he wouldn't have to change the packaging himself. And as a result, we were told to repackage the tiles in the warehouse OURSELVES, and they also told us how to cut the tape correctly, and if we cut it incorrectly, we will have to PAY for this tape. I'M JUST SHOCKED!!! This is the first time I've seen such a PIGGISH ATTITUDE in so many years of repairs. We had to wipe the tile completely in CLEAN CLOTHES, without gloves, peel off the stuck paper (then our hands just stank of tin, and the tiles completely stuck together), repackage it again, and cut the fishing line correctly before throwing it into the trash (we certainly did not follow this "order"), because It's NOT RIGHT to just fold it up and throw it in the trash. I am writing this review and still think that I should have gone to the store and demanded a full refund (but we live far enough away and then we would have just wasted time on the train). IN ANY CASE, I do not advise you to buy anything in this office. I'm still moving away from such a "service"... We planned to buy tiles for the entire apartment here, thank God we only took a trial one — we won't take anything here, and for those who read this, I sincerely advise you to follow this advice

On Monday, it turned out that first it was necessary to clarify at the factory, and from another city it turns out that it is possible to pay through erip, as a result, it turned out that orders are not taken for the required model. What has changed since Friday, the girl did not answer so clearly. Therefore, we only wasted time and money on the road.
