We were with the band in July. The rooms are nice, everything is thought out, fashionable, and large. It's good that there is a spray can equipped with a small table and chairs. The furniture is wicker. It's very cozy. The whole territory is planted with flowers, there are many places for children and adults to relax for every taste. Sauna, barbecue. There are both open and closed spaces. Swing with a view of the pond.Excellent terrace with tables and wicker chairs, 2 large cocoons. Awesome lighting in the evening. Everything was done with taste, very cozy, I didn't want to leave. The views of nature are awesome, I didn't want to leave. The dining room is large and cozy. The food is average, the food is much better in other places. Maybe because we came as a group. But I would like to do better. I recommend it for recreation Canteen

For the past 8 years, we have been staying at the Centaur Hotel on the way from St. Petersburg and back. We take a 1-2 bedroom family room. Prices are at the same level or cheaper (if holidays are available) when booking. The rooms are always tidy, everything is very clean. There is a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor with everything you need, as well as a game room on the 3rd floor (it's cool in winter, dress warmly). In it you can play table football, hockey and air hockey, consoles and a large playground for younger children with slides and a pool with plastic balls. Outside, you can use gazebos with views of the Western Dvina and take a walk down to the river. The cozy restaurant offers a choice of breakfasts for 20 bps, as well as lunch and dinner (from the menu).

It's an amazing place. We thought it was an ordinary hotel to spend one night, but this is much more than a "hotel", and obviously you need to rest here for more than one night. A country recreation complex on the banks of the Dvina River with a wonderful restaurant, luxurious rooms with all amenities (wifi is also available), a private recreation area with lots of playgrounds, a sauna, a beach on the Dvina River and absolutely stunning views. I highly recommend this place. You won't regret it.

The place turned out to be very wonderful. It is located not in Novopolotsk itself, but as if outside the city, in a neighboring village. But that doesn't belittle him at all)) From the room window, there is a soulful view from above of the Western Dvina River, flowing from left to right further into Latvia (to Daugavpils, and eventually to Riga). You can sit in the room by the window, thoughtfully looking at the river with a glass of something. Or you can go to the restaurant: it's delicious there, and you can sit both inside and on the open terrace with the same view of the Dvina. There are a lot of useful equipment on the territory in the form of gazebos, barbecues, etc. (it seems there is even a sauna). So if you don't want to go to a restaurant, you can organize an independent wild barbecue. If, for example, you don't want to travel from St. Petersburg to Minsk in one day, then this is a great place to spend the night and "split" the total distance.

Unexpectedly, a very decent restaurant. We expected cheaper prices, but... The price exactly matches the quality! The waitress girls generally know the super menu from start to finish, how it is prepared, what is served with what, and what drinks can be ordered. The chef has his own view on some dishes that differ slightly from the classical canons, plus or minus it's up to you to decide. The freaky view opens from the second floor to the river, it is impossible to tear yourself away. The weather was rainy, and we couldn't rate the tables outside. I definitely recommend you to visit. Very, very worthy!!!

We stayed at this hotel and had breakfast at the Centaur. The price/quality ratio is excellent. 30 Belarusian rubles for breakfast. Everything is delicious and attractive. The staff is trying their best. Views of the Dvina add to the appetite.

As a cafe at the hotel, the place is good, the food is delicious. As a restaurant, it falls short. The food seems a bit bland, although the idea of the dishes is interesting, you just need to refine it a little and get your hands full. As for me, the price is too high, by 20 percent. Service and maintenance are hidden in the price, so this is another lion's share that makes this place a cafe, not a restaurant. When the dishes were brought to us, they didn't give us any napkins or anything, there was no serving. The table was not wiped, and there were leftovers from previous customers under the table... That's why it's like this. Of course, there is beautiful nature and views around, for this there is a star, a good playground, and a plus sign. Everything in the compartment gives 4 stars.

We were warned that we would be with the child and there was no way to expect. The time of arrival was indicated. In fact, the hot dishes were served after 30+ minutes. The meaning of the pre-order is not clear. Food: the tails in the tomatoes from the child's salad are not completely cut out. There are rosemary stalks (or something like that) in a plate with walleye fillets like hay, it's neither aesthetically pleasing nor edible. I didn't immediately understand what kind of sticks they were. Why leave it then when serving? The cauliflower puree is cold. I was also surprised by the slicing of baked pumpkin into a zander fillet - a small cube. The baked beetroot salad is delicious. And the pike perch fillet is delicious . Hunting sausages are also ok. The takeaway coffee is very mediocre. We took a cappuccino, in fact, like an Americano with milk. In general, we expected more :/

That's how it happens - a private hotel (10 years ago, just a peyball club with the opportunity to have a snack, steam and relax modestly) has turned into a restaurant and hotel complex, the best in the rather capricious city of Novopolotsk. The main and enduring advantage of the hotel is its location on the high bank of the Western Dvina River. In May 2025, a restaurant with a fairly high cuisine was opened - the menu is small but tasty. If you need to stay in Polotsk-Novopolotsk, then this is the right place! But make a reservation in advance - there are only 73 rooms in the hotel, and there are significantly more people who want to relax. The only drawback is that the pillows are not very comfortable, but this is such a sensitive personal issue - it's better to ride with your own! By the way, there is also a shared kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and local spring water. The room had an enclosed balcony with a relaxation area and a refrigerator. If you want, you can go to the Beach on the riverbank, and now the popular "subs" are available for rent, where can you go without them…

We were at a restaurant with a group. A pre-order was made. But, the dishes were served with a long delay. You come to the restaurant with a pre-order, and the table is empty, waiting. The food is cold, meaning the steak is simply heated in the microwave. To the remark that the food is cold, the response is "let's warm it up now," well, that actually says how it is cooked. The service is at a very very low level. Tortured people, with no desire to do anything at all. But the funniest thing is the vegetable plateau. 25 rubles. Frozen vegetables, serving 0 out of 10. In general, the dishes are not all bad, something was very good. The location is very nice, the place is cool. I really wanted it to be like that. So far, this is very bad.

There is a refrigerator in the room. It was a huge plus for us - it's a 24-hour kitchen!! Where you can warm up food, drink tea, and eat. Usually there is no such thing in hotels, which is inconvenient.

A normal country hotel. The breakfast buffet for ~700 rubles (Russian Federation) is a bit meager. It stands in a beautiful place on the high bank of the Dvina River overlooking the river and the coniferous forest. The rooms are clean and modern. The standard room in the main building has an insulated balcony. The heating system of the room is hidden either in the floor or in the walls - it is unclear. There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom. How to dry things in the cold season is not clear. The booking systems have economy rooms for sale, presumably located in a chalet in another building. It is probably unprofitable for the hotel to heat that building, therefore, upon registration, each guest is voluntarily and forcibly persuaded to replace the room with the main building With an ADDITIONAL FEE. It would be very interesting to know what would happen if the guests categorically refused to pay extra. January 2026

Belarusian hospitality at its best! I liked everything! The administrators are very nice and attentive, they take part in any problem and solve everything. The rooms are clean, the interior is tasteful, there is a refrigerator and a hairdryer in each room (we visited a large company, the rooms were different, but all excellent). The territory is rich in beautiful views, cozy places and playgrounds. There are a lot of free buns for residents (gazebos, barbecues, even skewers and grills are allowed to use just like that), the building has a kitchen with everything you need (except for the stove) and an ironing board with an iron (they helped out a lot, because we held an event at the hotel). Breakfasts, lunches, dinners... very tasty! Right here is real really delicious food. There is a grocery store and a gas station nearby. We have been to this hotel before and will come again more than once! Thanks!
