Great place, everything is clean and tidy. Clean bed, comfortable kitchen. Near the sea, about 10 minutes on foot. And a grocery store. Not far from the bus station and the railway station, for whom it is relevant (17 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by taxi). There is a TV, air conditioning, shower. The hostess will help to call a taxi if necessary. Taxi within Sukhumi is about 300 rubles.

Thanks to the hostess, I really liked this place. It's calm and cozy. A small room of 15 meters, which has everything: boiler, shower, toilet, air conditioning, two beds, refrigerator, kettle. A calm and caring hostess. There was a constant feeling of calmness while living in this place. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor.

We stayed in April 2024, spent several nights on the way to the thermal springs, a very warm place, cozy, comfortable, close to the sea.
