We visited this restaurant in the afternoon. The service was reasonable and the quality of the food was good at a reasonable price for its location. I personally think that this place could be so much better than it is. It has the potential to be a top class restaurant in a prime location.I would highly recommend looking at and extending its menu choices and possibly changing the atmosphere of the place. Please note this is not a criticism at all .I just feel that the place could be so much more. Would certainly return for lunch 🙂

It's a great place! The service, food, drinks are all top notch. The restaurant is atmospheric and beautiful, it was nice to plunge into the coolness after the heat. The waitress promptly found a table for a large company. The cold meat snacks of our own production are beyond praise, the portions of hot dishes are large, the serving is beautiful, everything was really delicious) The liqueurs are excellent, for every taste, from bitter to sweet! We recommend you to try salted caramel separately. The service is fast and very sincere! Adults and children were satisfied) A must-visit!

We were in Brest during the May holidays, walking along the local Arbat, so to speak, Sovetskaya St., we came across this institution, decided to take a look, as they prepare national dishes there. An interesting interior, everything corresponds to the name, napkins for plates, a stand for cutlery, napkins are made of leather with the name Goat stamped on it. Cozy, stylized interior. The waiters are very friendly, they suggested the dishes. The portions are huge, 500 grams each, and very tasty. We ordered chicken and beef patty. Our stomachs were satisfied. The beer is also top notch. The prices are adequate.

In the afternoon, we saw this place on a city tour, so we decided to have dinner here in the evening. Prices are above average. Lots of people. The waiters are friendly and welcoming, they serve smartly and will be happy to tell you what's what. The hall has a balcony with a view of the local "Arbat" where people hang out. The dishes are delicious and beautiful - a pleasure! Beer is delicious! We ordered salads and hot dishes. I persuaded my wife to have a cold drink, she wanted to try it. She really liked it, considering that it was already her fourth day in Belarus and she already wanted something easier. I tried it, I liked it too. Interesting interior, delicious food, smiling and friendly staff - everything is GREAT! WE RECOMMEND you to visit! Booger, don't hurt!)))))

We were at the Kaz when we were walking around the center of Brest. The place is located right on a pedestrian street, it's easy to spot - there's a funny steampunk metal goat at the entrance. The restaurant itself is on the second floor. The interior is stylized like a Belarusian village tavern, but with modern details. The menu focuses on national cuisine. There are also familiar draniki, and very rare names like tyskalo, vereshchaki or Dzmukhaytsy with kulaga. The waiters are friendly, they told us about the dishes and advised us what to try. We had lard with sauerkraut, beetroot carpaccio with orange, dumplings with baked potatoes, sorcerer, and for dessert, dzmukhaytsy with kulaga. The portions, in my opinion, are small. Prices are reasonable for the center, although some dishes are expensive. In general, it is a colorful place to explore Belarusian cuisine as one of the options.

We came here for dinner, guided by the reviews and advice from the locals. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo. Positive: Good location, cozy interior, friendly staff, delicious food, tinctures. Delicious draniki. Among the disadvantages, I would like to note a rather long serving, waiting for hot for about 35 minutes, waiting for draniki for half an hour. There were a lot of positions on the foot: still water, fruit drinks, sea buckthorn kvass.

A worthy place on Sovetskaya Street, stylish interior, everything is as conceptual as possible. A good selection of dishes and original cocktails, it was delicious, beautiful, what else does a tourist need?)) Pleasant service, fairly fast serving of dishes, the only thing that bothered a little was that the waiters had no practice remembering who ordered which dish and drink and had to be distracted from the conversation by her questions) but this is if at all nitpicking) otherwise, great!

A good place, despite the long waiting time for the dishes. But then everything is cooked from under the knife, all the dishes were fresh and hot. While you wait for your dishes, enjoy the bar, it's really cool here, the bartender is just a wizard of cocktails and tinctures. I especially recommend taking a set of author's and salted caramel. And yes, I almost forgot, if you are going to visit this place in the evening, then book a table earlier, the number of seats is limited!

After walking around Brest, we decided to stop by the Koza restaurant. As it turned out, it wasn't for nothing at all). I liked everything, from the interior to the staff service. The dishes are very tasty, hearty, and the portions are large. They bring everything quickly. A large selection of salads, hot dishes, snacks. National cuisine. The waiter is very attentive, polite, charged my phone). I recommend this restaurant to visit, you won't regret it.

A very, very tasty place in Brest! With a convenient location on one of the main streets, after dinner, from where you can then go to light the lanterns. I don't know why there are reviews here about being too salty. Not at all. No such dishes were brought. Everything is in moderation and the taste of the products themselves is felt. Draniki, tinkalo, pyza and of course salted caramel tincture (tastes like toffee) are in our stomachs and hearts. Waiter Nikita - thank you also for the comfortable accompaniment of the evening. Thank you for your hospitality!

I liked KAZ very much! Interesting interior, stylish. Dimmed lights. The location is good, in the city center. Very friendly, unobtrusive staff who knows their job. The dishes are amazing, the family ordered a lot of things, everything seemed delicious and unusual to us. Draniki with some kind of piquant note, we haven't tried them anywhere. Personally, I really liked the warm salad with chicken liver soaked in red wine! Amazing! I recommend it with a pure heart!!! At least once, but you definitely need to visit Kaz!)

This is a unique place. Tincture "Stumych" is above all praise. Pancakes with fried mushrooms and bacon, just drop your head. A board with Belarusian pickles - carrots with spices, hot garlic, hot pepper, and vodka or "stumble" is above all praise. Dzmukhauts with kulaga are a masterpiece, with cherry and raspberry jam. an authentic place in the center of Brest, with an incomparable entourage and top-level service. If we compare it with the Litvins in Minsk, I would choose Brest "K&Za". I highly recommend a visit. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's worth it.

The restaurant is very beautifully and authentically decorated. That's a plus. There were 8 people with the company on August 29.They said they could only seat you at 2 different tables. It's not comfortable anymore.although there was no full landing. The waiter came over and quickly took the order. The duck salad was delicious.but the cheeks with the mashed potatoes are a complete failure. We didn't even know if we could handle the declared weight of 450.0.but it's probably the weight of the dish.the dish arrived, and the mashed potatoes were cold from the word at all.yes, it was taken away and warmed up along with the sauce, which should be cold.I have never eaten such delicious cheeks anywhere. They were not completely dried, just cut into layers and had a peculiar smell.the cost is like 56 rubles. It's a failure.A beautifully decorated dish is not an indicator.disappointed.We will not recommend it to our friends

Evaluation: 2 out of 5 for the interior only Advantages (atmosphere): · Convenient location in the center of Brest. · Nice interior: it feels like you've put your heart into the design. Everything is really "for the Goat" — from the entrance group to the table setting. The style is pleasantly designed. Cons (everything else): · A stale dish. I ordered a dish of Belarusian cuisine to get a feel for the concept, but it was obviously spoiled: a sour smell and a corresponding taste. The feeling that the product could no longer be served. · Temperature regime. The dish in the pot should be hot (hot from the heat), but it turned out to be slightly warm. It seemed like it was just warmed up. · Draniki. Instead of fresh and crispy ones, they brought something that "has already been done" (it looks like reheating or old potatoes). Result: Unfortunately, the beautiful sign "authentic Belarusian cuisine" is not supported by the quality and freshness of the products. I don't recommend a restaurant. I hoped to understand the "essence of Belarus" through food, but I only realized that you can only go to the center of Brest to look at the interior, but not to eat.

The service was disgusting, 4 people came with a company. On the first floor, we were greeted by a cloakroom attendant with the phrase "you must take off your clothes, they won't let you in, otherwise you'll walk back and forth, get in the way," without hello/goodbye. Waiting an hour for food is acceptable in principle, taking into account the landing. They brought "fried chicken with mini potatoes.." the fact that it looked inedible is an understatement. 50 grams of onions on top, a layer of pickled cucumbers chopped so that you can't eat them with one bite, mini potatoes are not mini at all, but just potatoes cut into four pieces. A pile of greenery is thrown over as if the animals have been given chowder. I only said that about one dish. Lemonade is lemon juice diluted with water. There are no toothpicks on the tables. Speaking of the service as a whole: Not only was he forced to take off his wool shirt, but it was cold in the hall. I asked for a blanket, they gave it to my friend, I was left without a blanket, because according to the waiter Daria, there were only two blankets… The request to go get a shirt was refused according to some fictitious principles of the restaurant. The waiter suggested turning off the air conditioner, but she didn't feel any changes.

While planning our departure from the glorious city of Brest, we stopped by for lunch at this establishment. We met you and placed you well. They told us about the new items on the menu, told us about the time of serving appetizers and main dishes, and helped us choose. Everything is great in the kitchen, the first courses are good (we tried borscht, solyanka), salads are also good. The beer range includes local production. A good selection of cocktails and lemonades. Thanks

The dishes of European cuisine are a solid "4", but the Belarusian dishes turned out to be extremely mediocre in quality of execution and unsatisfactory in taste - the draniki are tasteless and greasy like a sponge soaked in sunflower oil, large lumps of poorly stirred flour (?) in the butter sauce, completely indistinct taste. I would like to mention the work of the bartender for good refreshing and not only cocktails. The waitresses and the receptionist are extremely pleasant in communication and attentive to the restaurant's visitors. The restaurant is recommended for exploring the national cuisine in vain.

I really liked the delicious pancakes and dumplings, pasta, beetroot carpaccio. I didn't really like the heather - the rib was put on 2/3 of the plate, I barely cut something off, then I got tired of chewing. It's a good atmosphere. The staff could have moved faster, especially if they were walking together (apparently there was an intern). We were waiting mainly to make the initial order.

The reception at the entrance is not at all joyful, it feels like the institution is spoiled by the number of visitors. The food is delicious. But you can wait for drinks for half an hour or longer. Even if it concerns liqueurs or beer. The waiters are unfriendly and sluggish. They talk reluctantly, as if it wasn't you who was paying the money, but they had condescended. The balcony is constantly being opened, and music is blaring outside. You may not get the expected pleasure. The size of the snails in the dish has decreased threefold in two years. It turns from an atmospheric institution into a walk-through. I'm truly sorry. It used to be great.

A beautiful wrapper, but disappointing in taste and service Unfortunately, the restaurant absolutely does not match its price category either in terms of the taste of the dishes or the level of service. We followed the real colorful Belarusian cuisine, but we left in complete disappointment. The serving of the dishes is infinitely long — we waited for more than 40 minutes. As a result, the potatoes were served cold, and the pork and draniki with chicken turned out to be absolutely average in taste. The most annoying thing is that the draniki on the Moscow - Minsk train for breakfast turned out to be many times tastier, probably in ordinary canteens they are prepared with more soul and taste. Another nuance is that, on the one hand, the location is interesting right in the center, but on the other hand, the music of street performers interrupts the musical background of the institution and as a result you sit in the noise, as if between two radio waves. And it's not comfortable. You can probably just come here for a cup of coffee in the morning in an unusual atmosphere (we didn't have tea, there was no Belarusian herbal on the menu). Although, how delicious is the coffee here is already a question.… Of the advantages, I can only mention the pleasant atmosphere, interior and more or less beautiful visual presentation of dishes. But a restaurant is primarily about food and service, and that's the problem. For such a price tag, I do not recommend choosing a restaurant for a comfortable and delicious dinner.

The bread basket is disgusting. Rubber hot bread, warmed in the microwave, apparently. It's just a fiasco. It was the worst bread basket I've ever seen in a cafe. The declared fried potatoes for cold water and herring, in fact, look more like boiled potatoes in a uniform. All the other dishes are delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, the style of the establishment is not bad. But the second time we passed by. Bread is the head of everything 😉

The interior is gloomy and not cozy. Of the ordered dishes : the beef salad left behind only a salty aftertaste, it was not possible to eat Cranberry juice is sickly sweet . The main dish of the potato is 500 grams, but in fact about 200 grams and the same amount of fried potatoes lying next to it, bland and tasteless. In short, the cuisine is like in a cheap cafe at restaurant prices.

We stayed in Brest, being in the city center, out of all the abundance of options, we decided to have dinner here and did not lose! The calm atmosphere, the seasoned interior and the friendly and customer-oriented staff were an excellent addition to our evening, but the food comes first in any establishment and it did not disappoint! Having visited many famous establishments in Moscow, I can assure you that the quality of the dishes here is in no way inferior. The presentation, the combination of flavors and the author's idea left a huge positive impression. My wife and I were fully satisfied with our visit to the "Kaza" establishment and 100% recommend it!

The place in Brest is famous. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor. Everywhere it is decorated with technocratic goats. The design of the room and tables, as well as the menu, were familiar to us - we had just been to the Mir Castle restaurant. Amazing dishes- "veroshchaka" or something like meat on a tasteless pear - we have already tried this. Veroshchaka impresses with the fact that it looks like both the first dish and the second- that is, it looks like stewed potatoes with meat and large bones. We are also familiar with different types of draniki and machanka. In general, we are not enthusiastic about the cuisine of these 2 restaurants. Very expensive, and then an unpleasant feeling. I would not like to generalize this to the entire Belarusian cuisine. We are waiting- maybe we will admire something in the future. Positive: matching the design to the name, as well as the service. The waiters are courteous and considerate. They react quickly.

Review of the restaurant "Kaza" (Brest) ⭐ Rating:4,5/5 First impression:🌺 The Kaza restaurant in Brest is a cozy establishment with a pleasant atmosphere, where elements of modern design and traditional notes are combined. The interior is stylish, but without pathos, there is both a dining area and more intimate corners for dinner. Cuisine and dishes: 🍽 The menu is diverse: from European cuisine to Belarusian motifs. Especially memorable: - Beef steak— juicy, well-fried (ordered medium), with a delicious side dish. - Mushroom pancakes— authentic and delicious! 🍷 Drinks:a good wine list and signature cocktails. Service: The waiters are polite, they know the menu, they were prompted with a choice. The only thing was that it was a little busy in the evening, so we waited about 20 minutes for the order. Prices: Above the city average, but consistent with the quality. Dinner with wine for two — about 100-120 BYN. Conclusion: Kaza is a great option for a romantic dinner, meeting with friends or a family holiday. Delicious cuisine, pleasant atmosphere and decent service. I recommend it! The Council:It is better to book a table in advance, especially for weekends.

Before the train, we stopped for lunch and said goodbye to the city with Belarusian cuisine. Dumplings are absolutely tasteless. There was a business lunch in the restaurant, but the waitress didn't offer it to us. Yes, the business lunch menu was in front of us, but this was our first time here, and I think it would be nice if the waiters informed us about it. When we asked why we were not offered, we were told that we were not obligated to do so. Well, no, then no. Very sorry. A small table next to it was crowded with a group of 4 people, but when the table next to it was empty, they were no longer offered to move, although they had not yet been served any dishes.
