I liked absolutely everything: from the packaging to the food boxes. Omelet is just my love. Katsu curry is delicious, hearty, curry is added in moderation, excellent balance between seasonings. I treated the chicken with Japanese sauce with caution, somehow the first impression was not very pleasant, most likely because I was already full. But later, I tasted the chicken, it was delicious. :> Thank you, i will definitely come back. ❤

I didn't like it. The food turned out to be not just tasteless, but disgusting: rice in the form of a boiled lump, without any presence of salt; beef (Japanese curry with beef) was tasteless, with a lot of fat, and in small quantities; coffee with jelly - like the cherry on the cake - like three-in-one coffee and jelly is gelled Armenian coffee, and that would be fine, I wouldn't order it, but the description promised something different, like an unusual latte; breaded chicken is something with something, of course, it looks nice, but it tastes like old chicken in pie dough, well, or batter. Maybe that's really how they cook in Japan, but I doubt it. I am very, very sorry for the money spent.

I ordered, in general, not that terrible. The price is average, but the taste is below average, the urine is too cloying. Oyako don is very sweet and overdone with both sweet and seasonings. In general, if you are a fan of overly saturated flavors, you may like it, for my taste you overdid it with sugars and spices.

And so. There was a case when, when ordering in the afternoon, we specified the delivery time from 19:00 to 20:00. The order was placed, then after 10 minutes a notification arrives that the order is already on its way. Why is there even an opportunity to specify the time? Someone is actually looking there. I had to call and point out the right time of the order again. At the same time, the person answering at first replied that yes, yes, we will deliver it now. I had to explain for the third time that we don't need it now. Then we were told that they would be sent at the right time. Nothing was sent to us at the right time, so we had to call again. They didn't answer right away, they hung up. Then they called back and said they would send it now. As a result, the order arrived at 21:00. What is the problem with looking at the order time in advance and sending it normally, I still did not understand. Another time, the promo code, which, as they say "until October 5th", has not worked for 4 years, wrote that its working time was over. I ordered yakimeshi and oyako udon. The taste and size are generally the same, but the price difference is two times. The prices for some dishes are too high. In general, two stars are purely due to the more or less delicious food. And the service is terrible.
