The veal was very tough, only one soft piece, the rest were terrible. Well, there was a dog running around, at least she liked it) Pork is also not very good. We went to this place for lunch. We ordered two types of pork kebabs and khinkali. It's not delicious. Khinkali is not tasty, the meat is tough, I could only cut it with a knife with teeth. We came to this place based on the high rating in Yandex. Everything looks very expensive, two floors, a terrace, plumbing in the toilet is not like in ordinary cafes. The khinkali and salad were delicious, despite the fact that they forgot about the salad and took it out after the reminder. Pork shish kebab was brought to the bone! The meat is rubbery and there is more fat than meat everywhere. It was as if they were made from some leftovers, and not specially cut for a barbecue. I didn't even take his knife. There are 9 of us and everyone liked almost everything they ordered, the hinkal on the spit is delicious, the dolma is good, the star was taken off because the waiter somehow did not understand when she started talking about tips, then it's a tip, then the fee is mandatory. I had a pot of meat, it was cold inside, and it was replaced without any questions. I added a fifth star, after all, in two weeks in Georgia it turned out to be the best restaurant on our way.

Our guide took us to another place of power in Kakheti – Telavi (Telaviv – who remembers Mimino). She said it would be delicious, satisfying and inexpensive. We went to the open veranda of the cafe, made an order and while it was being prepared we quickly went to the local landmark – a thousand-year-old plane tree (300 meters from the cafe). Upon returning, we plunged into the realm of delicious Georgian cuisine: 1. Khachapuri on a spit – it was the most delicious. Oozing melted cheese toasted on coals dough. What could be tastier. 2. Kharcho. How do they do it? It seems to be the same set of products, but how delicious. 3. Beef kebab. Juicy, sizzling, with an excellent balance of taste and salt. IT'S VERY TASTY. 4. Pork kebab. Well, that's good to say. 5. Tomato and cucumber salad with nuts. Delicious salad, with delicious vegetables. 6. Eggplant rolls. Just very good eggplant rolls. 7. And of course khinkali. Some of the best for our trip. 8. Everything was washed down with homemade white, light and delicious. A couple of jugs)) All this culinary madness cost less than 100 GEL.
