We bought an apartment in the Vake district of Tbilisi. The seller persistently rushed to finalize the deal, but the experts from Canon insisted on a thorough check of the registry — and this turned out to be very useful: important nuances related to the co-owners were revealed. As a result, all the disputed points were competently settled, a reliable contract was drawn up and the ownership was officially registered in the House of Justice. Thanks to this, we managed to avoid risks and save both money and peace of mind. From now on, we will contact you only for any legal issues in Georgia!

They helped me get a work permit and a residence permit for the whole family. I really liked that the lawyers immediately honestly said which decisions depend on government agencies, and what they guarantee from their side. Transparent and professional.

I sought advice on family matters and inheritance. Maiko studied the documents in detail and offered a step-by-step plan, without water and promises of what does not depend on them.

I made a residence permit for them. We assembled the dock package perfectly, notarized it ourselves, and everything went through in 15 minutes at the House of Justice. Cool!
