Good afternoon. It is here that the attitude towards foreigners is disgusting. We ordered a cappuccino, got wrapped up in English, waited 10 minutes and had zero reaction. After that, a girl came up and asked what you should do, and after 20 minutes of waiting, we were given coffee. Your friends had the same thing. We drank coffee at other establishments of this chain and everything was wonderful. I ask the administration to pay attention to this. Racial and linguistic differences are not acceptable.
