We were really disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The food itself wasn't terrible, but the service was by far the worst part. From the moment we arrived, the staff acted like they didn't care about their guests. Every time they came to our table, they had a careless attitude, smiling and laughing in a way that felt dismissive rather than friendly. We ordered khinkali, Megrelian khachapuri, salad, hashlama, and beer. We waited a long time for the Megrelian khachapuri, but it never arrived. Instead, they simply brought us the bill and had even charged us for the dish they never served. What made the situation even worse was the bill itself. It was handwritten entirely in Georgian, even though it was obvious we were tourists and couldn't read it. They could have printed it or at least written it using the Latin alphabet so we could understand what we were paying for. When we pointed out that the Megrelian khachapuri had never been served but was still included in the bill, the staff barely reacted. They just looked at us as if they didn't care at all. There was no sincere apology and no professionalism. We are not people who usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. If you are a tourist, especially from Armenia or Russia, be careful when visiting this restaurant. Double-check your bill before paying, because our experience left us feeling ignored and disappointed.

We had lunch here with a big family during the whole vacation. A huge selection of dishes, delicious! There is a variety of cuisine, which is good for children who come to Georgia to eat pizza with fries and for parents who look at it while eating khinkali, wiping away tears!) The price is quite affordable, huge portions, large tables and air conditioning! Shish kebab is divine, the best kharcho in my life, huge juicy khinkali (it's not very convenient that you can only take a portion from 10 pcs)! Chacha!!! - have dinner with her and life will sparkle with new colors! All national dishes arrive very quickly, you don't have to wait long, unlike pizzas, perhaps the cook, like the parents, also cries before starting to cook them. We had lunch at this place 2 times. Kharcho and khinkali are the positions for which you can return many times. The waiters don't understand everything in Russian, but there was a native speaker in our company and it was easier. We were with friends twice. Excellent hashlama (a huge portion with large chunks of meat), I'm ready to return for this soup. For lunch, only this dish with bread is enough. Khinkali is delicious, but the dough is too thick. There are places in Kobuleti where they taste better. Salads are a huge portion, you can safely take one plate for everyone. Phali turned out to be the most delicious in comparison with similar dishes in other establishments. Ajakhuri "didn't go down", it's not tasty. The delivery is fast, the service is pleasant. I'll definitely come back for hashlama and phali. A very solid foursome.

The food is terrible, this disgrace cannot be called Georgian cuisine, it is an insult. The food is not fresh, but warmed up, ojahuri has bad potatoes and meat. The service fee here is 10%. Eggplant with nuts is also delicious. Then I came here a few more times and was always satisfied. The service is good, fast and friendly.

And the dumplings themselves are just flat dough. The meat in them is literally the size of a small pea, or even a piece of rice. Neither my relative nor I could eat it. We went here several times, it was on a solid 4. One of the times I came across a hair in Kolevsky khachapuri, I was most surprised by the reaction (or rather, its complete absence) of the waitress. "Well, okay," we thought, "it happens." But the next time everything went wrong, they left hungry) We came for brunch, were surprised by the 1.5 times price increase in 2 days, ordered okroshka and pancakes with cheese. Pancakes were the first to arrive, although only 2 out of 5 were served with cheese. Meanwhile, the waitress brought the okroshka, said "right now" about the pancakes, and left. The "okroshka" consisted of diluted kefir, cucumber, peas and dill. Surprised by the lack of a meat component, we looked at the menu, and sausages are listed in the composition. The waitress came, brought 4 pancakes, took the last pancakes and all the dishes with them, without bringing a clean one. She did not comment on the okroshka situation in any way. Thanks for not including the okroshka in the bill. The desire to come here has completely disappeared.

An unfortunate visit for us. The table is sticky and stained. The menu was taken by themselves at the bar. The taxi driver recommended this cafe to us. The prices are cheap compared to other establishments. The atmosphere is cozy. We ate 2 times. The kitchen is super! Juicy kebab, kebab fire, vats in a bomb pot, ojahuri with pork wow! The portions are huge, they took the Kiev cutlet with them. My daughter liked the vegetable soup. The mushroom soup is really pumped up, the mushrooms are not felt. One of the disadvantages is the service. It just doesn't exist. But considering the good cuisine, we were not upset. We definitely recommend it, but in order not to wait, it is better to order directly at the bar.
