As for the general points - pleasant lighting, furniture and menu in good condition, pleasant atmosphere, good cuisine, the content is also good and pleasant. The main disadvantage of my visit was the work of the waiters, namely: they did not remember the order, took away the plates when it was not necessary to do so, they did not monitor the tables with the guests (it is not possible to call the waiter with loud music). But maybe the waiters were new or tired. Otherwise, it wasn't bad.

Among the disadvantages: the rude service of the waiter Maxim and the smoking people right at the entrance to the establishment. The waiter brought us all the ordered items almost at the same time, there were 5 of us at the table, the plates in which the dishes were served were large and everything did not fit on the table. We asked him to bring the second courses later, he refused and stood over us with this plate)) as a result, we offered him to put it on the next table, apparently it pissed him off... I think the strange behavior is due to lack of experience, we could have waited until we finished the first course and then served the second, but apparently he doesn't know about it, and he's probably too lazy to take it back. I also forgot to bring the chopsticks to the sushi (we waited a long time, eventually another waitress brought it) we were reminded several times to bring drinks, I also did not learn the menu well. It would also be nice to arrange a smoking area a little further from the front door.

In general, I liked everything, except for, literally, a couple of moments (because of this, I was ready to lower the rating): 1. The main entrance to the cafe is on the side. This is probably convenient, given that visitors do not exit to the parking lot, but there are three muffled doors on the front side, each of which says "entrance"! When you unsuccessfully pull the handle of the third door, you start to feel some irritation! Moreover, the tinted glass of the establishment does not provide additional information about the location of the entrance! I did not find any arrows, pointers or other clues to this! I found the entrance by a banal clockwise inspection of the perimeter. 2. Very loud background music inside, especially for the morning ... And now for the pleasant: special thanks for the Belarusian draniki! They were not on the menu in their pure form (without fillings), but they were prepared at our request! Very tasty! Thanks!

We visited the institution on 11/08/2025. There were no seats in the main hall of the cafe, they offered to go to the second floor. After going up, you need to go down again to hang your outerwear under the stairs. It's strange, since the clothes are left unattended. We ordered sushi, we waited about 30 minutes for the set, but we were warned in advance, everything is OK here. The quality of the product is poor, glutinous rice, hard avocado, very little fish, there is no balance of taste. If sushi is not your strong position, it is better to abandon it altogether. I wish the institution to work on its mistakes in order to please its guests rather than raise questions.

About 10 years ago, it was a cool restaurant, especially compared to everything else in Orsha. Menu, quality, presentation. Now it's flying rapidly down, the ultimate goal is smurdyak. You can also try elements of Gray's past history. Pizza is always on top and now you can order cocktails and salads. From alcohol - only vodka, the rest: wine- chateau tetrapak, from the assortment of the Groshyk store, draft beer -only alivaria. Huge respect to those who started, who made this project. And it's a pity if in the end it turns into a place where people will come solely to take photos and post them on FB, OK, VK, etc. Well, the waiter shouldn't answer the question: what kind of wine do you have?"I don't drink, it's all the same to me." Well, you can't bring snacks after the main course or aperitifs after the main drinks. Well, there should be no place for mayonnaise and ketchup in a restaurant. I really hope that the modern and very pleasant surroundings will match the content!

It was May 9th, after lunch, and the waitress was talking in a way that made it clear how tired she was of all the customers and hated them. No rudeness, but very rude. Discouraging desire to visit this institution ever again. During the entire time we were in the cafe, no one ever came up and asked if everything was okay, maybe we needed something or wanted to order, did not apologize for the long wait, the wait for hot food was about an hour. The child spilled the water, the waiters saw it, no one moved or came over to wipe, help or replace the tablecloth. The staff is clearly not in their place or there is no proper control over them.

The other day I came not even for food, which seems expensive and sometimes not as tasty as it seems, but for a cocktail. In the end, Whiskey Sour turned out to be the worst drink of my life. It was very sour and sweet at the same time, for the first time I didn't even finish it! The dessert was delicious, without a doubt. The place itself is beautiful and cozy. In the evenings, when the music is loud, it is impossible to sit and chat.

I liked the salads, they were delicious, the set was hot too, But the martini was questionable, it felt like it was ”diluted". Poisoning on the second day. I want to leave a review about visiting the Grey restaurant on 08/22/2026, where we celebrated our Birthday. When booking, the administrator verbally confirmed a 10% discount in honor of the birthday. We left 650 rubles in the cafe, but the discount was not applied. When we called to clarify the situation, the administrator replied in a rude and incorrect way that the discount was not provided because we "did not find it ourselves," and it was busy. And it's not even about the discount, but about the contractual capacity of the representatives of the institution. We consider this attitude absolutely unacceptable for a place that positions itself as a place for holidays. The administrator is the face of your business, the first contact with the guest. In this situation, this contact was not just unsuccessful, but frankly unfriendly and unprofessional: lack of customer orientation, unwillingness to help, a promise that was not fulfilled, and then shifting the blame onto the guests. We hope that the management will pay attention to the quality of their employees' work, and especially to the direct duties of the administrator, Dina, an extremely unfriendly girl.

Instead, snacks were served to three of the four people and hot food was brought to two at the same time. We asked for a hot one, as it would cool down while we ate the salads. They took it away, but then they served it , but already warmed up. One of the dishes was cheeks, which were not peeled and served along with pieces of tendons and connective tissue, the administrator tried to prove to us that this was how it should be. The rest of the dishes were also a stretch for three. When calculating, the dish was not of proper quality, they did not exclude it from the bill and did not bring their own changes for the spoiled lunch. The restaurant does not provide proper quality service and is designed for a very unassuming customer.

The lower (dance floor) could not be viewed, as the guards did not like the presence of a cap on me, although it is coherent with my image. So that you understand, I have been visiting night-time establishments in different cities all my adult life and have never met with anything like this, except in Orsha. I didn't take off my cap on principle and spent the rest of the evening on the second floor. Later, a colleague observed the situation on the stairs to the second floor, where security forced a visitor to take off his cap. Different nationalities have their own gods, of course, but I didn't see these two with badges on the list.

Also, carbonara (noodles are overcooked, stuck together, there is little sauce, but the most offensive meat (bacon) is of terrible quality with a taste of chicken. I wanted to make a scandal, but I didn't have the desire and energy to sort things out. When ordering rolls, the rice falls off the nori, the rolls themselves are not the same shape, the sauce is diluted. The price and quality do not match. After the salad, I already wanted to get in and leave. The only thing more or less is draniki, but they are very fatty. We also ordered a set of kids for the child, which includes onion rings, cheese balls, etc. And cheese sauce. They brought me some nagis with French fries and ketchup (which my son doesn't eat). It's good that you accepted the refund calmly. We were very disappointed with the 135 rubles "down the drain".
