Clean, tidy, even in the bathroom. The absence of foreign odors, the tables are not dirty, the dishes are clean - as a rule, I look at these factors, after which you can proceed to the cooking level. But even here, the owners of this institution did not disappoint. The menu may be modest, but as they say, it's tasteful. Everything was prepared in my presence .
