I was looking for a Munich apartment to rent for the student's son. And I faced a serious problem - it turns out that it is NOT possible to rent an apartment in Munich without connections and contacts. Despite the fact that I speak English well. I went to local agencies in Munich for a week. No one even offered anything, everyone was talking: "there are no suitable apartments" I came across the JA Real Estate company on the Internet, called them and they told me about the real situation with residential real estate in Munich. That there is a critical situation with rental housing. But most importantly, after 3 hours they showed me 2 apartments in which it was possible to move in. My son was delighted with one apartment and we immediately rented it and could move in on the same day. For me, it was really some kind of miracle after a week of independent searches and bypassing a dozen German agencies.
