Красивая картинка дизайнера стала реальностью. Человек, который проектировал данное заведение не входит в ЦА или не понимает ценностей ЦА или был заложником давления заказчика... Вопросов столько, что мой критик просто не знает с чего начать. Мыло в банке туалета надо подписать, дырку куда падают использованные салфетки прикрыть, стулья неудобные (просто посидеть удобно, если надо работать - не удобно). Отношение стол и высота посадки - давно такого не встречал (посидеть поболтать нет проблем, как только что-то больше неудобно). Персонал не видит тебя в части пространства, кнопок вызова официанта нет. Косметический ремонт - везде. Цветы внутри помещения !!! - привет всем аллергикам и я не про вазу, тут вас ждет цветочная лавка в главном зале... Потенциал огромный у заведения, предстоит много работы, много осознаний. Я желаю успехов в развитии данному заведению, потенциал действительно невероятный. Много читал про персонал, мне свезло, все улыбались и были внимательные. P.S. Как я понял моменты, могу ошибаться, это просто мнение... Место не претендует на роль спешелти кофейни, просто хороший капучино вы получите гарантировано, но не будем в завышенных ожиданиях находиться.

Total disappointment! I saw the café on Instagram, and it looked amazing, but the reality was the opposite. We decided to come for breakfast. First of all, the waiters don’t speak Armenian. Sorry, but in my home country, I expect respect for my language, and if someone is working here, they should at least know basic Armenian. We ordered syrniki, waffles, and eggs benedict. We waited a long time, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. The syrniki didn’t look like the picture on Instagram—the sauce was much less than shown, and the syrniki were loaded with sugar. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I’m quite disappointed with my experience. I reserved a seat to enjoy the jazz event, but the seating arrangement was not as described. I was informed that the spot I reserved was taken by the musician's family, which was not mentioned beforehand.

Well, it's like this... we came here specifically in the name of Garik Martirosyan. Perhaps the expectations were initially overstated. The design and the atmosphere are generally OK! But on our table, for example, the side edge was peeled off. I don't know if this is the idea, but it feels like the furniture is just tired in places. The service was excellent, and they sat us down at a table with nothing on it, no napkins, no salt shakers. They brought it only when they asked for it. The wait for the dishes is very long. The shawarma was cooked for 20 minutes, nothing special to taste, almost any medium-sized shawarma will taste better. I didn't like the salad at all either. They really regretted pouring more fresh orange juice into a glass. Apparently, the kitchen here is not very good. Perhaps this place is suitable for coffee and dessert, but no more. There are a lot of delicious places in Yerevan with interesting interiors and a more democratic price tag.

My husband and I have a place for dating, a very beautiful stylish interior, delicious food. He always takes a splint, and I take pasta with truffle. Desserts and coffee are great too, but cocktails are too intense for my taste. There are different pop-ups of shops or workshops, and a flower shop is open on a regular basis in the cafe itself.

J-Space is a place with a good atmosphere, but the cuisine and service raise questions. I ordered cocoa (almond-cherry), chocolate San Sebastian, tiramisu and latte "Bounty". The "best" of all is chocolate San Sebastian. Although it's a strange story here too: in fact, it's just a chocolate cream cheese that resembles a regular chocolate cheese for 150 AMD from any supermarket. A complete discrepancy between expectations and the feeling that the people who made up the menu had not tried it themselves. Tiramisu is normal. The Bounty latte is also a no-brainer. But cocoa turned out to be some kind of instant "exclusive", sprinkled with almonds with cherry flavor. It sounds better than it really is. The service also turned out to be average. To ask for the bill, I had to wait about 15 minutes — the waiters simply did not come up and did not even pass by. It looks strange for an institution of this level. The main disadvantage is the reaction to feedback. When the waiter found out my opinion about dessert and cocoa, there was not even an attempt to smooth out the impression or suggest removing the unsuccessful position from the bill. Bottom line: for the atmosphere — a plus, for the cuisine, service, overprice and attitude to feedback — a fat minus: 2/5.

Garik Martirosyan's restaurant is unusual, delicious food, beautiful stylish interior, lots of locations for photos, very spacious, helpful waiters. There is a clothing store, a flower shop and a pastry shop. It's very nice to be here. We were around 4 p.m., there weren't many people, but we booked a table in advance, just in case. We were hoping to meet Garik, but, apparently, not fate)))

I sat down at the bar and drank an Oriental (my subjective impression is very weak for Oriental, watery, empty, unsaturated) - eggplant salad . You can lick your fingers, it's very cool. - cappuccino (no more, no less) - dessert tart with ice cream is not bad. Summary: the room is very large, and if this coffee shop has better attendance, it will come alive. But you come in and it's kind of uncomfortable.

I've always loved this place, but today's breakfast with my family turned out to be a complete disappointment. The table was wiped reluctantly, but the cutlery and napkins were not brought. We waited 45 minutes for the omelet, shakshuka and vrap. During this time, only drinks were served. We didn't like one of them at all: I asked for it to be replaced, but instead they added ice to it and returned it. After 45 minutes of waiting, the food arrived cold. We couldn't start breakfast either, as there were still no dishes or napkins on the table. They received only a barely audible "sorry" when they were told about the long wait. No one explained the reason for the delay, and no one offered to fix the situation. As I was leaving, I saw that the waiters were standing together and talking, and the veranda was completely empty. It is a pity that the place where I used to come with pleasure left such an impression. After this visit, I don't want to come back and recommend it anymore.
