In January, we bought a Samsung vacuum cleaner. They soon realized that something was wrong with him: he was pulling garbage into another compartment. We went to the store when the vacuum cleaner was still under warranty, but the staff at that store couldn't help us except to say that we probably had a lot of dirt at home. Only the guard, oddly enough, advised us to buy additional filters for the vacuum cleaner, and now, in order to vacuum the house, we have to change three filters. Naturally, every time I work with this vacuum cleaner, I remember about this store and its employees in the person of the seller who told us how much dirt we have at home and that he has been working here for many years and understands technology.
