We stayed at this hotel with my husband in August, and we are still under a pleasant impression!What an atmosphere there is!it all starts with the reception : polite and pleasant receptionists Alexandra and Vitaly! The entire hotel is perfectly clean!The service in the restaurant is excellent, the food is varied and very tasty! What kind of casseroles are there in the morning!Meat and fish are always cooked, just like in the best restaurants!Lots of vegetables and fruits! Respect to the chef!I was also very impressed with all the honey.Staff! Everyone treats patients with warmth, kindness, care and respect!We would like to thank doctor Andrey, senior nurse Anna, Elena, Natalia, Alena, massage therapists Teresa and Yuri for their care and a good, competent and professional approach to their work!The perfect team at the hotel! We thank the management of the hotel and wish you well-being, prosperity and more customers!!! We recommend this particular hotel in Karlovy Vary to all tourists! This is the best place!!!

From the very beginning of our stay at the hotel, we felt a friendly attitude towards us: the attention of the hotel director, medical staff, receptionists and all employees. We liked everything: the excellent location of the hotel, excellent varied cuisine, attentive staff. It's just a pity that there was a cool pool, so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful water and only had enough once, although they tried to convince us that it was at a normal temperature. Before leaving on 01/18/20. one of us passed a blood sugar test, but there are still no such tests. It's a pity, but Dr. Elena Sokolova promised to send it by e-mail, so we are late sending a review. In the center of the resort area, close to the 1st and 6th springs , a drama theater, a beautiful view of cherry blossoms in spring. Minuses : at breakfast, places are not assigned to the guests , I gave them money , put a "Reserve" sign on the table. Sometimes bland and tasteless dishes, a medical base for four, prescriptions for the purchase of medicines are paid and not cheap.
