I traveled with this company from Minsk to Berlin. The bus was clean and comfortable, but the WiFi worked only for a few people at a time

Были приобретены билеты на рейс Мюнхен - Минск. За несколько дней рейс отменяют и предлагают довольно странные альтернативы, что самое интересное сотрудники поддержки сами не знают, когда, куда и во сколько отправляются у них автобусы. А потом еще надо проходить отдельный квест с заполнением документов на возврат твоих средств за рейс который был отменен. Крайне сомнительная компания. Зря не посмотрел рейтинг тут заранее.

Intercars is a global brand for international passenger transportation. My family and I use it very often. I traveled with Intercars carrier The Moscow-Minsk trip, on March 28 at 21.45 and the Minsk-Moscow trip, on March 30 at 22:45. We booked seats in the Minsk office. Everything went great. We left on time and arrived quickly. The buses are very comfortable, the staff is polite. The Wi-Fi was working. I have been choosing Intercars for two years now, as it offers reasonable prices and excellent service. There is a loyalty program, thanks to which it is interesting to contact them again and again, I have already changed two loyalty cards. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the intercars office in Minsk. I bought tickets more than once and had to change them, they helped me do everything very quickly!
