I really love incanto, a good selection of swimsuits for non-standard sizes! This time I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, consultant Daria helped me with the choice, very unobtrusively and sweetly. As a result, I bought myself a swimsuit that I hadn't considered at first! That's how she saw that it would suit me. Plus, in general, I noticed that consultants are not only trying to sell, but also really help with the choice, they advise something. For example, I would never have thought that a cup of C would sit well on my D! They honestly admit when they really don't look like themselves, which really makes the atmosphere very comfortable and unobtrusive. In general, I had very pleasant impressions. 🥰

The store is good, there is a lot of choice. But the consultants' obsession is just annoying. I just went into the store, I want to look at the goods, think about what to take for fitting - 2 girls have already swooped in and were following me. I went to the fitting room - every minute she asked if I had tried it on and if everything fit. This time she already said that she hadn't measured it yet (because she was thinking about 1 thing) and asked not to be disturbed. After leaving the fitting room, they tried to force a bunch more items to buy along the way. There was a desire to "escape quickly." It's horrible. I need another set, but when I remember, the desire to go disappears.

They came to make a refund from another Incanto store, the corset was bought on the same day, in the end they said that you can only return the product at the store where you purchased the product, because the cashier's name is on the receipt, so she should accept the refund, I had to go to the store where you bought the product, but I was able to accept it Only the manager is eligible for a refund. Why then say that the goods can only be accepted by the cashier indicated on the receipt? As a result, it turned out that a corset is considered underwear, although it is an ordinary fabric corset, not like a bodysuit, and it is impossible to make a refund, but why this was not warned in the store where we originally wanted to make a refund is completely unclear. This is the first time that the product cannot be returned at any store in the chain!!!

After the first delicate wash, the fabric parted at the seam, and after the second, the loop came off the belt. When buying a robe for 500 rubles, a completely different quality is expected.

The most untidy residue remained from this store. The consulting girl did not reliably inform me about the discount in the store for the purchase of the second product, saying that there would be a 30% discount on the second product (without specifying that this applies ONLY to the bodysuit). As a result, there was no discount after the purchase, the full price was paid, additionally exposing me to a "fool" who does not know how to listen. I don't recommend this store to anyone, the mood was ruined and additionally deceived!

Terrible service and consultants. It's not the first year I've been a customer of this store, but my last visit negated any desire to continue buying there, despite the fact that I like the models and quality. First of all, as one girl already noted in the reviews, if I ask to see something specific, I don't need to drag a thousand other models and pajamas into the fitting room. I was constantly being pulled out of this fitting room to show an assortment I hadn't asked about, and I was standing there half naked and feeling terribly uncomfortable. I didn't have time to try on one model or look at it properly, as the consultant immediately pulled me out, bringing me another thing that I didn't need. Secondly, when I say that I have a D cup, you don't have to fill me up with C models and hope that it will suit me (spoiler: none of the C models suited me, and the ONLY D model that was brought to me sat down well, and I told them about it). Exactly the same with the bottom, I say that I have the 3rd size, they bring me the 2nd and 4th))) When I was already leaving the fitting room in my outerwear, it suddenly turns out that the right size three model was still there. To say that I was furious after such a service is an understatement. My boundaries were repeatedly violated, and they constantly tried to impose something on me that I didn't need. I'll never go back there again. P.S. and yes, the consultant girl who served me at the time managed to be rude to me at the end, because you see, I didn't choose anything from what she brought me (that is, the models I didn't need were not my size)
