After hearing good reviews about this place, I decided to apply with an urgent matter, but after they canceled my visit twice, I changed my mind. Unfortunately, I encountered irresponsible behavior, and I resolved my problem at another clinic on the same day.

After the treatment of Dr. Vera, I have a lot of cysts, untreated channels. I had to have a tooth removed. She broke the file in my channel and didn't tell me about it, I only found out about it a year later from another doctor. Caries had to be treated. It's very unprofessional, I don't recommend it to anyone.

I visited Dr. Vera in April for teeth brushing and zoom 4 whitening. 4 caries were "found" during tooth brushing. We treated one or two. As a result, the other two "caries" turned out to be stains that did not need to be touched at all with good hygiene. They treated it in such a way that the filling is not morphologically shaped, the dental floss barely fits, and it will have to be redone in another clinic (naturally, because I don't trust this one). If you want to spend extra money three times, you can buy a bike. About bleaching. It costs a lot of money, but it's slightly cheaper than other places. I fell for it and did it. Immediately after the procedure, I found white spots on the enamel, asked what it was (I wanted to cry). They told me that my teeth were like that, it was my own fault, and the doctors weren't to blame, even though they hadn't warned me. These turned out to be areas of enamel that had dried up from exposure. According to the zoom4 whitening protocol, they are required to apply a remineralizing gel - they didn't apply it, they told them to buy it themselves. I don't know how you can be so negligent about expensive procedures and your patients. 0/10 not recommended
