I recently visited the Imperia restaurant and was very satisfied. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were polite and attentive, and the dishes were served quickly and beautifully presented. It's a great place for both a family dinner and a gathering with friends. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates quality cuisine and good service!

A very pleasant place with a view of Rabat fortress. Wonderful hostess! She was very friendly and helpful, and treated us to compote (if we hadn't been driving, she would have treated us to wine). The best khinkali we've tried so far! Huge portions of everything!! The shish kebab may be a little overcooked, but these are small things. We will come again! We stopped by again and everything was also warm, delicious and very warm! Khinkali is simply bombastic! This time I tried homemade dry wine and it turned out to be so wonderful that we took a liter with us) we highly recommend this spiritual place. Thank you very much to the lovely hostess (it's a pity that you didn't ask for the name)

Very friendly host, speaks Russian. The menu is also with a Russian translation. Grilled trout is above all praise, it is clear that the fish is fresh and cooked perfectly! Eggplant with nuts is delicious. The khinkali is huge, the dough is a little thick, but delicious. I also liked the dumplings with cheese, shaped like mini khinkali. The child ate the cutlet with mashed potatoes with pleasure. The owner treated the child with compote, as a compliment - a portion of watermelon.

We recently visited Imperia Cafe in Akhaltsikhe and were absolutely delighted! A very cozy atmosphere, beautiful interior and attentive staff who really cares about the guests. All the dishes were fresh, delicious and beautifully served, and the portions were pleasantly pleasing. I especially liked that it is equally comfortable here for a family dinner and for meeting friends. It is clear that they put their soul into the cafe. If you are in Akhaltsikhe, be sure to check out Imperia. One of those places where you want to come back again!

This is not just a restaurant, but a place of power! You get here and you feel not like a guest, but a long-awaited relative. The hosts greet you as if they have known you for a hundred years — smiles, jokes, sincere concern for everyone. Food is a separate love: khinkali melts in your mouth, satsivi licks your fingers, and homemade wine asks for a toast to friendship. I don't want to leave here at all, because it smells of childhood, comfort and real Caucasian hospitality. We will definitely come back, and more than once!

My family and I arrived late in the evening, and we were welcomed with joy. Very tasty, cozy, homey. The portions are large. We took ojahuri, it was enough for 3 people!!! I was very pleased with the price/quality. Let's come back here again.

Based on the reviews, we entered the Empire. It is located opposite Rabati Fortress. The hosts are very caring and as attentive to details as possible. They served sweets for breakfast, and served coffee and homemade peach for lunch the next day. And it was all really kind and caring. Thank you very much!!!!!
