I go to the store to buy gifts. The store has a museum-like atmosphere. The porcelain is beautiful, but the prices are very high. I would like to mention consultant Elena: she is always polite, friendly and attentive to all people. Without obsession, he tells and shows the assortment. I would like the administration to pay attention to the administrator, Ksenia, who always responds with irritation and indifference or even leaves for no reason. And also her untidy appearance . After talking to such an employee, you don't want to visit the store.

We bought an anniversary present for a colleague. My colleague is thrilled. The store's staff was polite and attentive, and they helped us make a choice based on our budget and wishes. The choice is good, from budget to elite sets for every pocket and taste.

Sellers are attentive and always help you choose. Of course, the prices are high, because these are not basic necessities, they are luxury and aesthetics. Those who appreciate beauty will find something to their liking here.

I didn't like the sellers' work at all. The questions were answered with irritation, they could not properly show and tell about the dishes. If it weren't for the urgent need to purchase a set as a gift, she would have left without buying anything with such a disdainful and arrogant attitude. With this attitude, any desire to spend a lot of money disappears!

The most important asset of this place is the employees in the hall. This is a rare case. And, of course, the assortment. Everything is fine.

There is a huge choice, there is no such choice in the Russian Federation. The owner of the store, a very pleasant woman, can tell you everything about porcelain and believe me, she will not "push" the most expensive product to you. I highly recommend it.
