PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION to my review. I got the impression that only the negative reviews here are true and honest. All the positive reviews are written to order, even stylistically the reviews are very similar. And all the responses to negative reviews are written in very rough form, a good head of a good company would not allow himself to do that. It also immediately speaks to the decency, politeness and level of competence of iMedia Solutions, and in particular, its head. I support all the negative reviews and want to share my experience with iMedia Solutions. It is worth paying tribute to the sellers, they really know how to "paint everything in very beautiful colors," but this is where the professionalism of this company ends. I have signed an agreement with iMedia Solutions to create a major international project (in five language versions). Initially, I was told the maximum time for the implementation of the project was 9 months. I previously informed the sales manager of this company in detail about what I would like to receive after the completion of the project, and gave (as an example) similar competitor sites. I was also told that the cost of the project could increase by 20% as a result of the work. But in the end: 1) during the implementation of the project, the project manager from iMedia Solutions was replaced three times, while I was simply confronted with the fact. Because of this, I had to constantly explain everything to the new person from the very beginning; 2) the cost of the project increased by almost 100%. I was just being deceived; 3) and most importantly, EVEN IN 2 YEARS THEY COULD NOT COPE WITH MY PROJECT. I am not a conflicted person, I have endured, waited, hoped and believed for a long time, but my patience has come to an end. As a result, I had to contact another company and start implementing my project from scratch, and iMedia Solutions is facing a not very pleasant trial, with all the ensuing consequences. Due to the way iMedia Solutions treated me, I won't even wish the enemy to contact this company. Before you commit yourself to a contractual relationship with iMedia Solutions, I advise you to think 1000 times. I am sharing with you my experience working with this company and I really hope that this will save you from wasting your nerves, time and money. My review was not written to order, but by a real FORMER client of iMedia Solutions. I wish you all peace and kindness! Be healthy! P.S. For 3 months, I participated in a project from iMedia Solutions and studied at the iMedia Academy in the field of website development on Bitrix. To be honest, initially I did not expect anything at all, since I took the direction to Bitrix by chance. But after starting training, I realized that everything was serious. The beginning of the training was brisk and difficult, but the further I approached the developer's specialty in the tests, the easier it became for me. The webinar helped and structured the knowledge that was gained a little. The QA sessions with the team leader helped a lot. I probably got 85% of the useful information from there. Sergey is well versed in the topic and seems to know the answers to all questions! He motivated me with his knowledge unrealistically. All the tasks aroused interest and then it was difficult to cope with almost all of them. But only for the first time. Then, with experience, everything became easier. The internship personally showed me the importance of working with time management, git and clean code. I can't look at how I wrote 3 months ago anymore, thanks for that. Deadlines are still a problem, but everything is on the mend! During the internship, I just had to deal with a HUGE number of mistakes (with my ability to find them, I probably had to go to testers), which hit me hard on motivation. In matters of motivation to continue studying, I would like to separately note the work of an HR manager and mentor in the person of Lera! She was amazingly able to find an approach to me (I think not only to me) and constantly helped me not to lose heart. Lera helped, asked for an opinion, listened and gave work advice throughout her training. When there were problems, she always tried to find a solution and scolded only for not writing to her about them earlier. She was always in touch and answered with frightening speed! I hope she has time to rest. Her dedication to work can only be learned. At the critical moment of my complete time lag, and burnout in principle, she wrote very necessary and useful words that helped me put myself in order in 3 days (!) rewrite the first project almost from scratch. Restored my faith in HR in short. I am 150% satisfied with my work! I am very grateful for her support. Another great specialist, whose work I will remember forever! During the internship, we managed to find a common language with the guys, they gave almost all the answers to the questions that arise at the moment. In general, I am very pleased that I got this internship, the experience was simply unreal. This one plus, coupled with cool "colleagues" on internships and talented iMedia Solutions specialists, covers all the shortcomings. But these small gaps are nothing compared to the useful experience gained. I think that in the future you will be able to improve this internship! I hope that my review will help you with this.
