A great, excellent place for the holidays :) The staff is polite, responsive, and they arrive immediately at the touch of a call button. Definitely, Igrohata is now my favorite place in Gomel.

We had a bachelorette party here and liked the place very much. If desired, you can decorate a place for an event, but inside it is stylish and cozy without it. There are large and comfortable tables where you can eat and play, and in vipka you can sing karaoke. I also want to single out a polite and responsive administrator. In general, igrohata left behind a sea of vivid impressions, this is a great place to celebrate something.

In 2024, my daughter's birthday was celebrated in Vip 2, everything was very pleasant, clean and cozy, the service was top-notch. For the same reason, we decided to celebrate here this year. We took off Vip 1, and we were just shocked! A broken back of the sofa, a dirty blanket on the sofa with white spots of unknown origin and a smelly, staggering table! The tile floor seemed to have not been washed for a month, sticky spots were spilled and dried. Of the three microphones, only one worked adequately. There 's a separate story about the bathroom, gray dirty rags ( apparently which are sometimes very rarely used to clean floors) hung on hangers where hand towels should have been, in the most visible place, a dustpan with sand in the corner ,all plumbing had not been cleaned for a long time, a stained faucet and washbasin, and in a bottle with liquid the soap is filled with water with distant signs of soap that was once there. The sofas in the playroom also had stains on the upholstery, which was disgusting to sit on, and in one of them the broken leg was simply placed under the corner of the sofa, the daughter got up and the leg fell off. At the entrance, there is a receptionist with a disgruntled face of a man who hates his job, who has three or four dirty cups with plaque and tea bags used 15 times on a table resembling a landfill. In general, the atmosphere is enchanting and the "cleanliness" is at its height.👎 They would have left immediately, but it was not possible to move the day off and the birthday planned with the invited guests to some other place. I do not recommend this place strongly, if you do not want to spoil your holiday!

The best place to relax! Very friendly staff. We didn't have time to try the Vr glasses, the staff allowed us to stay and try them, and also offered to play board games with them. In short, 10 out of 10!

We celebrated our son's birthday. What we were told before the holiday and what happened in fact are different things. VR for 2 halls. They took the Vip. At one point, they just took the VR away from us and said that we would bring it later, although initially there was no such agreement. Admins just hang out indoors. Neither one nor two, a company of 4 people has gathered. There is a 1.5 m table, children are sitting, but the administrators do not care much. They opened the door, smoked, the whole room stinks of cigarettes... I do not recommend it
