Level 4 Local Expert

This is the most delicious restaurant in Borjomi! The only downside is that after having their kharcho and shkmeruli, the bar is set so high that it’ll be hard for you to enjoy other restaurants. It is incredibly tasty! Don't read the reviews from disgruntled people; it will only rob you of the pleasure of trying the amazing food here. By the way, the wines here are incredible too.

After reading the reviews, there were concerns, but in vain) I liked everything very much, the tomato soup is spicy, a little spicy and very tasty, carbonara and salad are excellent, Imereti khachapuri and strawberry lemonade are excellent. I liked the breadcrumbs with matzoni sauce. There is no menu in Russian. The waitress is nice and polite, they brought everything very quickly, the portions, as in all of Georgia, are large.

It's a good place. Caesar is really big and delicious, we ate it together, which is probably what it is designed for, since it is served with tongs. We decided to visit this cafe after a great previous lunch. And in vain! Lunch was probably prepared by a loader or a cleaner. Kharcho is a tasteless broth with rice and dry, tender small pieces of beef. Pork is cooked (or rather over-dried and overcooked) from a piece cooked for disposal. It's a pity they didn't take a photo of this mess. They put it in a napkin and fed the dogs. For some reason, about half a cup of water with vinegar was poured into a huge portion of salad. The only thing that was successful was fried potatoes. Wasted money and a spoiled mood.
