It is a pity that Toys in the Republic of Belarus does not respond in any way to customer criticism, especially backed up by photos. Few people want to waste money on low-quality goods and face a negative attitude from sellers and company management. It is better to buy jewelry that will be worn for years than to buy a TOUS and run around the instance, waste money on endless cleaning, expertise, etc. I purchased several products with gilding, and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the product, dark spots began to appear through the gilding, green in color, the product acquired a terrible appearance, cheap jewelry and became not wearable. I went to the store, where I was accused of improper operation, although this is not the case. If it is a jewelry brand, then the quality of the products should be at the appropriate level. It's a pity, but there is no trust in the brand anymore.

The place was very upset. It turns out that if you bought a Pandora jewelry and you were given a bag with a box, and if the box or bag gets lost or dirty on the way to the recipient of the gift, then when you try to go buy a new bag or box , you will be refused. In my case, I bought a Chain as a gift when I was in Moscow, And on the way to Gomel, the bag crumpled and the box got dirty. When I entered the store, they refused to sell them, and also said that I did not buy them from them. I don't know if this rule applies everywhere, but look carefully. I also wonder how they would act in a situation if a person bought a piece of jewelry, and as soon as he left the store dropped the bag in the mud) It turns out that he would need to buy a new piece of jewelry to give the bag?)) So if your box gets dirty, the only option is to order an unoriginal one at Wildberries, if you have the time. Excellent service, You will have to give this
