I pick up the phone and immediately see that the lid is coming off in the same way as it was in the same places on the sides, as if nothing had even been opened or repaired, I return to them and say this, the man behind the counter said it couldn't be strange, I ask "could there be a problem with the battery?", he answers "no, if the battery had been damaged, the master would have said so," WHY DOESN'T THE MASTER CALL? I give it back the next day for a second re-gluing, the girl at the counter picks up the phone, says "they'll call you", as a result, no one called again, although the master is obliged to call and advise what happens to the phone and how, if the battery is swollen, the master is obliged to call and tell about it and about further actions. As a result, I write to them personally again and ask when I can pick up the phone, they tell me "your battery is swollen, so the lid is coming off," great! Replacing the battery costs 4000r for them, they charged 1000r for the first "plywood", but they said that since we had already charged 1000r for the first plywood, we would make a discount, 3000 it would cost to replace the battery and re-glue the lid. What is the result? In another service center, my phone was disassembled, the battery was not swollen, and there was not even glue on the lid and frame of the phone in just the same places where it was coming off! No one opened anything and they just wanted to charge me for replacing the battery, which basically does not need to be changed! And even if they opened the phone, they didn't glue anything back on purpose to create the appearance of a swollen battery. In general, I don't understand at all why I gave them this 1000r at all. Not only do their masters not call at all, although they say that "they will call you," they also impose services that do not need to be done at all. I don't recommend this store as a workshop, and I won't say anything about phones since I haven't bought anything from them. I will avoid this store. Scam and divorce for a fool, although the store looks premium and beautiful, I did not think that they could have such a thing.

The person who would not send it back turned to this service - instead of correcting the contact or "shaking" the battery, they replaced it again by charging 4000-5000r. That is, the master changed the new battery to a new one, naturally keeping the spare part for himself. However, he did not do his programming and the man left with a Chinese battery and an error in the settings. And all because you can't charge 4-5p to fix a contact. Unscrupulous service center! And the master's excuses about the "burnt out" controller are nonsense! I've replaced hundreds of batteries, and the battery controller has never burned out. I do not recommend this "service center", their level is modular repair, replacement of the battery, screen and cable! And with such a narrow range of services, they are forced to deceive the client or outsource repairs to another master.
