I visited this institution as a coloring model. Hairdresser Sonya (I can't call her a master) did a disgusting job. I am generally silent about the attitude towards the client, a person does not know how to talk normally, does not listen and does not hear requests, is a rare boor. After the shortcomings were pointed out, she stated that you are a model and not a person, they say, what did you want? And this is after the fact that a person claimed to be a certified master with two years of experience!!! He can't even hold a comb, not to mention coloring technologies. As a result: the hair was blown to the edge, it didn't get into the color, and it was also rude. Apologies or at least a normal attitude are out of the question from the word at all! I am an unpretentious person, I perfectly understand all the risks when you go as a model, but you have to bear some responsibility, I did not come to the courses, but to the master! And not for free, but cheaper than the whole service costs. I have no complaints about the salon itself. I have not used their services and I am unlikely to do so. But I DON'T RECOMMEND SONYA's hairdresser if you want to stay with your hair!!!
