There was one employee in the room who reacted negatively to my request to answer things so that I could continue my choice. In general, it was obvious that I was annoying her with my presence, because I was the only customer at that time. As a result, I made the purchase, but I was very upset by the quality of the service (why couldn't I have answered the selected items without any problems? I never write reviews after poor service or anything like that, but the current situation in this store requires it. I love House as a store by all accounts, but I probably won't go there anymore. One for sure. I took a couple of things to try on, went into the fitting room (an important clarification, they were almost all free), tried them on, took a picture and sent it to my friends to be appreciated. I'm standing there, fidgeting with my things, looking closely, and not touching anyone. I decided to sit on a chair. At that moment, the curtain begins to open awkwardly. The consultant probably thought there was no one there. And then I tried to see if there was anyone there. I ignored it - the human factor, which does not happen to anyone. Although in such cases it is more logical to look down the curtains, there are always legs visible if someone is in the fitting room. From that moment on, I managed to leave the fitting room twice and take a couple more things, and return something back. I go back to the booth and apparently went into the same one as the first time. I measure things, take pictures again. In general, basic shopping behavior. And again, unfortunately, I decided to SIT DOWN and send a photo to my friend for evaluation. Suddenly, the curtain opens and the consultant looks at me. "You've been sitting here too long," she tells me. To which, out of shock, I began to justify that I was going out, that I was consulting about a blouse and was going to buy it in general. I'll clarify again - 90% of the fitting rooms are FREE. I don't create a queue and I don't bother anyone. The consultant, of course, did NOT apologize, but simply rolled her eyes and closed the curtain. Of course, I understand everything, you need to take care of the safety of things and so on. But is it okay to behave like this? A minute before, I was changing clothes and standing in my underwear, if the curtain had opened at that moment? And I would have understood if I had been sitting in this fitting room for three hours without leaving. BUT the first time and the second time it was no more than five minutes. And I've left her more than once. I would have missed this moment and left the store without an angry review if the consultant had said "Sorry," but rolling my eyes is different. If no one likes it, open the curtain for them in a clothing store. At the same time, there was a lovely girl at the checkout and I still bought a blouse. I cannot describe what kind of consultant she was. Because both she and the girl at the checkout are blonde, there's only an age difference, and I think there are still blonde girls on the staff. I have no desire for the wrong person to be reprimanded. And if this consultant sees this review, be kind and. And learn to apologize. Because your manners were disgusting today.
