We stopped twice with a difference of 3 years: 2023 and 2026. A small cozy hotel in the center of Kutaisi. Within walking distance of shops, a market, central streets with various cafes, restaurants, parks. The business card of the hotel is a terrace with a view of the city, tables with armchairs are located on the site, flowers make the place more cozy. In the evenings, a starry sky and a peaceful place for gatherings. There is also a covered veranda on the roof with places to relax. In the evening, there is a bar where you can drink alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and there is a narrow selection of snacks. The rooms in the hotel are very small, the renovation is not fresh, but everything looks decent. I had to rent two rooms for a family of 4 people. However, the price for each room cost 10 thousand rubles for 2 nights, which is very inexpensive by Russian standards. The breakfasts are quite tasty, but the menu is repeated almost daily. Parking for cars is free. In general, I recommend visiting the hotel.

We booked a hotel for two nights. The hotel can be found by the green signs on the street. The hotel has its own free parking, which is a big plus, and that's why we chose the hotel. Unfortunately, I got a room with the smell of cigarettes, of course, this is more a question for people who smoke in the rooms, but there were ashes in the toilet on the tile when checking in. I couldn't change the number because everything was busy. From the wishes: to wash the air conditioner, it was clear that both the outside and inside were dirty; the curtain to the bathroom, because after the shower the entire small bathroom (floor) is in water. There is only one outlet in the room. And there was a strange blanket, not even a blanket, but like some kind of mesh blanket, it was unpleasant to sleep under it, the usual standard blankets were better) Breakfast is more homely, there is plenty to choose from. The price per night was the highest compared to 4-star hotels in Tbilisi and Batumi.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Kutaisi! It is not the first time that we have stayed here with the whole family, and every time we remain absolutely delighted. The host is incredibly hospitable and friendly, always happy to help and creates a truly homely atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located — everything is nearby: the center, attractions, cafes and shops. A special treat is the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city, especially in the evening when the lights come on. There is a cozy garden where you can relax after walking, and a large parking lot, which is especially convenient for travelers by car. I can say with confidence: This is the best hotel in Kutaisi! Everything is done with a soul, you feel at home. We will definitely come again! 🌿e
