Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We settled in without any problems, everything was explained and shown. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is even a stove and pots to cook on your own. The room for a family of three is very spacious. The only thing is that the sofa, designed for the third member of the family, turned out to be very uncomfortable. There is a minibar with a separate price list. Every morning, from 9 to 11, we were fed delicious and hearty breakfasts. There is also a small car park on site. There is a relaxation area: a wicker sofa in the garden, or a veranda on the second floor, where breakfast is served in the morning. The location of the hotel allows you to easily reach the main attractions and the city center on foot.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Very worthy! The room is gorgeous, beyond praise! There's everything you might need. Comfortable bed, mattress, high-quality linen. It was a pleasure to sleep. The hotel is located on a hill, so the view from the terrace is simply amazing! We took breakfast. In general, we talked from 9, but at 8.30 we already ate. Having breakfast with this view is certainly a pleasure. Breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, butter, juice, muffins, tea, coffee. Very worthy. Parking is available on site or near the hotel. I definitely recommend it!

Very helpful staff, family-run hotel, convenient location, you can walk to the center in 10-15 minutes, everything is within walking distance. It's true that it's a steep hill to return to, but this is rather a plus, a good workout after khinkali. The breakfasts are hearty, although they do not differ in variety. The staff knows Russian. The rooms are clean. Quiet and peaceful, nice view from the veranda.. I recommend it as a good value for money.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We were given a lovely room on the second floor with access to a balcony where breakfast is served. The room has everything you need, even a minibar for an extra charge.payment, which is also very important if you want to have a snack, but do not want to go to the store. Comfortable mattress and pillows, high-quality, well-functioning air conditioning, large wardrobe. There is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The shower does not have a very strong head of water from the watering can (but this may not be relevant to everyone), and the water changes temperature very slowly after switching cold /hot. Breakfast is served to everyone individually: fried eggs with sausage, cucumbers and tomatoes, orange juice, bread and butter, muffins with jam, tea/coffee to choose from. I didn't really like the coffee, it was most likely brewed in a turk from unsaturated grains, otherwise everything is delicious. We booked a room for 3,800 rubles/night, so I consider the price/quality ratio to be optimal. There is parking for two or three places in the courtyard. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak both Russian and English.

On the plus side, the room is very nice, there is everything you need. The guy at the reception speaks Russian just fine. There is a shop nearby. The hotel has parking and laundry facilities for reasonable money. On the downside, it's difficult to walk from the hotel to the sights and back, as everything is uphill and downhill. We didn't like the breakfast very much

The rooms are nice, but the staff and breakfasts leave much to be desired. We stayed for two nights, and two breakfasts were included in the room rate, and they were exactly the same on both days and completely inedible - rubber glaze, tomato, cucumber, bread and slices on it. You don't have to take breakfast at this hotel, it's better to go to a rest or cook it in your room. There is a strong smell of men's deodorant or air freshener in the hotel corridor, and by the time you reach the room, it's already starting to feel queasy. The room itself is passable, a good bathroom and a mattress. It's a great option for a couple of nights

Wonderful place and wonderful people! We had a rest from January 7 to January 12. The plane arrived early, settled in, and was given a good night's sleep. Delicious breakfasts are served. We were treated to oranges. We helped with the car rental. They told me everything, showed me where to go, where to eat. A wonderful, warm welcome. A small hotel on the opposite bank of the river from the center of Kutaisi, in the private sector, like a plot in a country house. The staff of the hotel greeted us very warmly, helped with parking and with suitcases. They don't speak Russian well, but they try very hard to understand and help. We changed 5 hotels in Georgia while we were traveling, but here we received the most cordial welcome. It's a long walk to the city center and the whole way is uphill/downhill. There are shops nearby - 300 meters, and everything is in the center to eat. The room is wonderful, clean, with a kitchenette, a wonderful shower, a working air conditioner, a bottle of water for everyone every day. Breakfast is served without an order or a choice, but everything is very tasty and freshly prepared, on the open veranda overlooking the temples and mountains - just fine. I can safely recommend to those who travel by car - to go to all the sights (caves, canyons, Tskaltubo) It is very convenient to get to the city center without checking in. But for hikers, get ready to walk a lot.

A very small two-storey hotel in the old (one-storey) part of Kutaisi on a hill near the Bagrat temple. And the first advantage is silence! Friendly staff. The mattresses in the rooms are comfortable. The linen is good. There are refrigerators. There are also enough sockets. Taxi fare to the central square costs about GEL 5. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor terrace with mountain and city views.
