Nice hotel. Large spacious rooms. A very pleasant and hospitable host who helps with the check-in, gives advice on visiting places. We were in early May - it was cool in the room, so it's better to ask in advance to set up the air conditioners (which are in each room). Rooms with balconies. We had access to the courtyard. It's a very quiet and cozy place. Amazing homemade breakfasts!!!

It's a wonderful place. It's like you're in a medieval castle somewhere) they settled in quickly. The room was ready. Slippers, shower accessories were provided. A kettle was also brought to the room upon request. I liked the breakfast too. Hot oatmeal porridge is delicious, sausage, cheese, vegetables, croutons with egg. Tea, coffee. Everything is delicious and satisfying. I recommend a visit to those who have come to introduce Borjomi.

The room was very cold, even the air conditioner, set at 27 degrees, did not help. We booked a room for one night (late check-in and early check-out), which we warned the administrator about beforehand. The room was not prepared for check-in, the receptionist got the numbers mixed up. At 4 a.m., the administrator woke us up with a question about payment (payment was made in the Yandex Travel app in full), while the administrator did not have any questions about payment upon check-in. At the same time, we warned about departure at 7 a.m. (what is the difficulty in clarifying the payment upon departure is a mystery). The receptionist was not present at the check-out. There was only a phone number to call (the hotel did not think about checking in foreign citizens without a local SIM card). As a result, we didn't get enough sleep, we were cold, and there wasn't even a kettle in the room.

Nice comfortable place, everything is there It's a pity there wasn't a double room (although when we left early in the morning, I saw through the window on the ground floor that there actually was one, and it was just empty, tidy and ready) Well, we watched the movie before going to bed on a single bed, trying not to fall, because I'm skinny, I shrank))) But there was a kettle and even cups, which is very useful.

We checked into the hotel at 23:30, we were very tired from the road, the child went to the shower, I was waiting for her on the bed and felt that someone was crawling on my legs, I looked closer and saw fleas, this is a very disgusting feeling, I'll tell you, I went out to the girl at the reception, she saw it all and said that it was probably a mosquito, and offered to move in the next room, there was the same situation with jumping fleas in the next room. We refused to change the room again and said that we were leaving, but the girl at the reception said that only the manager could give the money in the morning, so we did not swear and went urgently to look for another hotel. Upon arrival in the morning, we were completely refused a refund, arguing that the child went to wash. It turns out that they embezzled our money for accommodation, which did not exist, and for breakfast, which we did not eat accordingly! They were ready to pay for a baby shower, but they didn't go to the meeting! Therefore, I strongly recommend that you refrain from visiting this hotel. Tourists are absolutely not respected here!

The hotel looks beautiful and unusual with elements of the old design. The rooms are large. Convenient parking for those who drive. That's all the advantages. If you walk to the hotel, then prepare to be barked at by all the local dogs in the dark alleys on the way to it. The beds were as uncomfortable as possible, I had to put a blanket under them for softness, and they all creaked and swayed. The balconies are close and everyone is smoking on them, the windows cannot be opened. When washing in the bathroom, water spreads throughout the room.

The best hotel in Borjomi, price-quality, while we were looking, we went around a dozen. I have never seen such a good attitude of the staff towards tourists anywhere. We were greeted like relatives, treated with pies, clean rooms, quiet, calm, although not far from the road, and what a great breakfast it was, we will definitely return and only to this hotel.
