Imagine, this is my first time in Georgia and I immediately got into a fairy tale! The hotel is located in the mountains and it is an indescribable feeling. We moved in at night, and it turned out that we had the wrong booking date, but they met us halfway and replaced the reservation, for which we would like to thank you very much. The rooms are excellent, the breakfasts are delicious. In the morning, I was amazed by the views that open from all sides. I recommend the hotel

A double impression (August 2024). The view is beautiful, but it's a long way to go to the nearest store and return to the hill ( The staff seems to be smiling, but it seems they don't like Russians. We had a problem - in the rain, the "roof" began to leak heavily at the front door (time 5 a.m.). The staff didn't respond for a long time, they were waiting for someone who speaks Russian to come, others just didn't want to help. It flooded so much that all the towels were wet, and we didn't know how to clean the water anymore. They didn't relocate. They didn't apologize. The room itself has everything, quiet, clean. There's a nice "pushy" restaurant downstairs.

I didn't see anything five-star except the location. The reception refused to smile. The room does not look like the photo on Booking.com (especially the bathroom), the furniture is tired, the windows are dirty (and not only the windows), in the shower there are two cans without labels with liquids of the same color - either shampoo, shower gel, or domestos))) The usual 3 stars. It's not worth your money (10,000 per night)

A very pleasant place, with a nice price. Upon check-in, they were given an enlarged room with a balcony. Convenient location, there is a private Parking. And most importantly, a gorgeous view from the window. I advise everyone.

We stayed in November 2024 for a few days. Only positive impressions remained. A very good breakfast buffet, suitable for every taste, they will also give you with them so that you do not starve. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, fresh towels, water, tea and coffee are provided daily. It is worth mentioning the view from the window and from the terrace. It is gorgeous, especially in the morning - the snow cap of Mount Kazbek is a signature feature of Stepantsminde. Well, Georgian cuisine, of course, without it.

Very much so, after a long journey and crossing the border, we finally stayed at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the bartender knows Russian. The breakfast was delicious, and the view of Mount Kazbek was impressive.

Amazing hotel! The views from the windows are incredible. Quiet and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable mattresses. Bathrobes, slippers, etc . Russian-speaking staff will be available to you in case of urgent need.

I was in January. Modern, clean, tidy, cozy, quiet. Nice view from the window, good staff, delicious breakfast :) Of the cons, or inconveniences, the bathroom is a little cramped, well, you can survive that. And there is almost not enough power of the stove - heating through the air conditioning system. For those who like the heat, it may seem cool in January :)
