The staff is very polite (there are Russian speakers), the cleaning is clear, tea/coffee is replenished. The main delight is the balcony with an atmospheric view of the pedestrian street and trams right below! Nuances: The room is small (but it didn't bother us much). Gulhane Park is very close behind the ancient fortress wall, and the tram stop of the same name is a hundred meters away. When we entered the room, we were stunned by the size, it was hard to walk there, and after putting the suitcases, it was impossible to turn around. There's no place to put things. We were with children, so we took two adjacent rooms and our corridor was a plus, it saved the situation a little, there was a stroller. The rooms are shabby and tired. Room cleaning is just words. Dirt and dust were everywhere, they didn't even try to pretend that cleaning was being done there. The bed was made, water was put on, towels seemed to be changed. when the paper ran out, they didn't give us new rolls, they asked us to bring them. The breakfasts are terrible!!!! They were monotonous , there was always a tasteless omelet and boiled eggs. Fruits include apples and pears , tangerines . We just bought everything we needed at the store and ate our own. There is nothing to feed the children there. The coffee is from the machine and it 's not delicious. If they knew, they wouldn't have taken the breakfasts, they'd have wasted their money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know or not. I honestly don't know where he gets the positive feedback from.

The rooms are small, exactly as indicated in the description, our room had a balcony with access to the street where the tram runs, but it only brought us romanticism. We asked for a double bed when booking and it was, yes, not super big, my husband was a little short (he is 186 cm tall), but his legs were not hanging)) Towels, soap accessories, slippers, hair dryer - there were. The safe is free, Wi-Fi is also fine and caught. Condey is not new, but it worked without complaints. There is a TV, they didn't turn it on) The room has a kettle, cups, several sachets of tea and coffee, dry cream, 0.5 l bottles of water - updated every day. They clean and change towels every day, even if they didn't press the button. The breakfasts are very decent, everything you need to eat. The staff is very friendly and friendly, really nice guys who quickly solve problems (our hair dryer did not work, it was quickly replaced), the reception is open around the clock, mostly speak English, but there is at least one Russian-speaking person. A local SIM card was also taken at the hotel, the price is acceptable - 600 lira for 25 GB Of the minuses, I can only note weak sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors talking, but it seems so everywhere) Well, if the windows overlook the street, the tram goes noisily (our windows went out into the courtyard, only the Muezzin woke us up in the morning if the window was not closed). I gave it 5 stars because the price/quality ratio is perfect. For $60 per night (January 2024) you get a great room for two. Now the pros: 1) Ideal location - you are in the center, within walking distance to the main facilities 2) The staff is attentive and good-natured. We were able to check in 1 hour ahead of time and also gave a plate of fruit as a gift. 3) Breakfast is a standard buffet. The Turkish tide is low, so you'll find something for yourself. 4) Clean rooms/bed linen/shower room. Minuses: 1) Cramped rooms 2) The shower works strangely (sometimes cold water, sometimes hot) 3) Thin walls - loud neighbors can be heard.
