The hotel is great. It was in early September 23rd. Everything is clean, hot water, and the breakfasts are great. The staff speaks English. Bill is nearby (open until 10 pm, which is amazing for Austria). I recommend it!

If the hotel is declared as a 4*, it must meet the stated requirements: there is only a bottle of hand washing liquid in the toilet room. When we read about the hotel on the website, it was written that the rooms have an electric kettle, it turned out that this is only in the luxury rooms. Overall: clean, the breakfasts are good.

It is very easy to get to the city center. Tram D goes to the town hall, Hofburg, central station. A good combination of price and location. Large (no, really big, bigger than usual) rooms, extensive breakfast menu.

The devils. They can put you in a room of a category lower than you paid for and prove that there are no other rooms due to an error in the system (they booked a suite, settled in a standard room). As a compliment, they offer a drink at the bar, not even dinner. After 10 minutes of scandal at the reception, the room was miraculously found. Disappointed.
