The hotel is located 5 minutes from Senglinger Tor station, at the beginning of the street leading to the City Hall and Marinenplatz Square. It is a shopping street with many small shops and 2 large shopping malls - Hofmann Gallery and Konen. The hotel itself is small and quiet. The staff is friendly and ready to help and prompt. They speak English.

It's a budget hotel, but there's nothing bad to say about it. It's just a pity that tea can only be poured downstairs at the reception.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, only it was cold (the heating was barely working)
