We stayed at this hotel on June 9th, 2026. We really liked it. It's a very warm, cozy, and beautiful place. The location is good, the rooms are clean. And the breakfasts are generally great. Many thanks to the owner of the hotel, who met us and explained everything. I conducted a tasting of chacha and wine. In a word, 10/10

The best place in the city to stop if you value emotions and an unforgettable experience. I've never met more hospitable people. They were a big company, they were very happy with us and gave us a lot of attention (no one was happy with us in Georgia at all). We were treated to homemade wine and snacks (we had a tasting in the cellar). The hotel is family run — the owners are a very cheerful and friendly family. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast is unusual, delicious, prepared by the hosts. Great views, close to the center, cheap prices. There is a place to park (parking is very difficult in Georgia, so this is a big plus). It will be remembered for a long time, as it was very fun and emotional)))

We took a house. Very nice view of the city from it. Everything is clean, new and beautiful. Soap and shampoo foam well, not probes, but normal bottles, which are not found in hotels. The bathroom is all excellent. The bed is well-slept, good, not soft, feels orthopedic. The hosts are kind, pleasant people, joking, smiling)! The breakfast was hearty and very tasty! We recommend it, it's a great place!) All the sights are nearby. Thanks a lot!)

It's a great place, I really liked the hospitality of the hotel owner, the cleanliness, the location, the panoramic view of the city, the breakfasts are excellent, the convenient location and parking. A very cozy hotel. We were in a separate chalet. We traveled with a pet. The dog friendly hotel. I really liked it.

A great hotel with a great view. The breakfasts are delicious! The room is cozy and clean. They change towels and clean up. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We had a late transfer, we were allowed to stay on the terrace. Tea, coffee, toilet, please.

We stayed overnight in a separate house with a balcony. The room is fresh and pleasant, there is everything you need in the shower, beautiful view of Kutaisi. In the morning they offer a decent breakfast, very varied. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian.

We'll put 5*, but it depends on the room. I think they put one girl in a triple room. It's not the coolest, but it seems to match the price and quality. The cost of a room is 100lari 2800₽, which is not found in Russia, with breakfast, which is called a dump of the head! These eggplants, these fleshy tomatoes, huge olives, all kinds of spreads that I really like to make in Georgia. Cons: number 8 It smells like sewage if you don't close the door to the toilet, the linen is clean, but not redison. I want towels from the dryer to be fluffy, not hard. But in Kutaisi, you won't be able to walk around))

We stayed for 1 night. At first, the flags of Ukraine and the European Union were confused at the entrance, but we decided to try. The room is quite standard, but the territory and breakfast are just a dump, I thought I wouldn't be able to leave after this)). The owner of Kakha and his whole family are pleasant, hospitable people. The owner has a cellar with tasting and sale of excellent homemade wine

I was with my wife in early December. A small private hotel. On the first day, for breakfast, the owner treats wine and tea from his basement. The quality is excellent. Breakfast is served with several homemade dishes. Lunch and dinner can be ordered for an additional fee. I liked everything, but there is one drawback, this is the location. The hotel is within walking distance from the center, but you have to go uphill. For people who are not young, this can be a problem.
