Hostel64 is located in the city of Almaty, within walking distance of major attractions such as the Ascension Main Transportation, Green Bazar and Mosque. It has convenient transportation and a superior location. There are pedestrian streets nearby for walking. I stayed in a bed in a six-person room. The room was very clean, with a separate cabinet that could be locked, and an aunt would clean it every day. The travelers staying here are very friendly and happy to share their food and travel stories with you. The youth hostel has a kitchen with tableware and kitchenware, refrigerators, microwave ovens and other appliances. If you travel to Almaty alone, this will make your trip more convenient~

Very old, small, dirty, smelly, cigarette reeked place. The mattresses were very old and thin, I literally slept on its metal springs. The towels given were more like rags. The toilets smelled really bad. Had to open the window, as was really stuffy and hot, no air-conditioning available. The noise from the streets and the insects literally kept me awake. I'll go somewhere else like AQ mini suites capsule hotel for a bit more but worth it with the faculty and comfort.

The hostel is generally not bad, but without any special impressions. It is quite suitable for a short trip. The room and common areas are clean enough, the staff is normal and generally everything you need is there. The location is also convenient. The disadvantages are that the sound insulation is not the best, sometimes you could hear the neighbors, and some places already look a little tired. In general, the option is normal for your money, but you shouldn't expect anything special.

I stayed at this hostel for 20 days, and my impressions were generally positive. The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to help and prompt. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh, and cleaning is carried out regularly. The kitchen is shared, but neat, and has everything you need for cooking. The location is convenient — it is easy to get to the center and the main places of the city. The atmosphere is calm, it's nice to be there and relax after a busy day. The price–quality ratio is good, an excellent option for budget accommodation. I recommend it to those who are looking for a simple, clean and friendly hostel.

We stayed with a partner at this hostel for a week and were satisfied. Everything is clean inside, no cockroaches, toilets and shower are in order, the kitchen is normal, everything is working. You can live in peace, without stress. Plus, it's right in the city center, and the price is adequate. For its cost, it's generally a great option!

The hostel staff were kind and helpful. Apart from that, everything is extremely dirty, the exterior doors are open 24/7. There was no security or cameras. There is only one bathroom toilet on the floor and it is extremely dirty. I personally could not use it.

I applied on the website Islet is about the settlement in the hostel, everything was in order, booked for 10 days, turned nepredvidennye situation and had to go back home asked for a refund from the hotel, they kadikalesi denied me and nothing I could not help referring to the fact that I booked the reservation on the website, you need to understand, I came home and asked about the refund, but said the support chat about the refund I want refused, I after 1 day already checked out and left the keys at reception 1 day prior to eviction, I asked to return my money and take as much as I was there, that is, for 1 night in the room, or a maximum of 2 days, not 10, the administrator said, you need to contact the island since they couldn't do anything to help, I went to the island, but I was told that they refused the refund because I had to write a statement on the spot, although they told me about it and didn't say at the time when I was in the hostel they are silent about it then I couldn't pay them the full amount but paid more than they should have been for 1 day, requested to me returned back tenge, and that I didn't pay extra for 10 days and took that amount of how much I really lived there, they refused, citing the fact that the reservation was in the island, and asked to pay more money then why even though I'm 3 times or more, paid to them for accommodation, at first I thought that maybe due to the fact that the island hangs a reservation of this, no one will be able to arrange your booking and they lose their guests, but I refused the booking and the booking was listed as a failure in about 1 day after departure ,it is possible that after I leave, they can get the amount at the expense of another guest who booked my bed, and thus they have more money and my money have gone nowhere, and even deceptions by not to mention, and nothing about the fact that money can be returned with the paperwork on the spot, A terrible attitude, I do not advise anyone to book accommodation in this hostel in advance, because they can cheat and cheat for money.
