Good choice of construction goods, tools, wood and other materials BUT very annoying and intrusive service. Sales assistants are literally following you. If even you tell them that you don’t need any help and you want to make choice on your own, they are chasing you keeping 2-3 meters distance. That gives you absolutely no privacy at all. I wish the service wouldn’t be so obtrusive there, as I lose any desire to buy anything when someone constantly pursuing me.

This is a grand shopping mall with all the basics including the well-stocked Yerevan City supermarket inside the huge Homeplex mega-market that employees 1,000 people to handle the whole supply chain with most of their sales going B2B as a B2C customer I've enjoyed lower prices on my sundry needs if you see a guy sporting a Redsox cap - say hello - to me.

Unfortunately, our experience was not good. The air quality inside was very poor — there was almost no ventilation, a strong unpleasant smell, and it was extremely hot. We felt very uncomfortable and even started feeling unwell while staying there. A place like this should really care about basic comfort for customers, especially fresh air and proper ventilation. These things are very important for people to feel safe and relaxed. I truly hope the management will pay attention to this issue and improve the air system, because the location itself has potential, but the conditions made the visit very unpleasant.

A huge store with a really large selection of household goods, you can find almost everything you need, from small things to useful and beautiful things for comfort. We were very pleased with the reasonable prices and good quality-to-value ratio. I would like to mention the staff separately: they are incredibly pleasant, polite, kind and always ready to help with the choice. A good "everything for home" store with furniture, appliances, utensils and a bunch of building materials, plumbing, etc., like Leroy/OBI, only more. In addition to the complex itself, the building has a food court, play areas for children, a large grocery store in Yerevan City and a fake Ikea. Seriously, this is not a real Ikea with a price of x2 or x3 from the real one, but you can get something at a discount.

I liked it, it was a large two-storey construction/utility building, an analogue of Leroy or Ob. I like it more than individual stalls on the market. The prices are adequate, some pieces are cheaper than ordering on marketplaces. PS: When buying more than 10,000֏, they give you a code for free parking.

A clean, modern mall with a pleasant atmosphere. The sellers are polite and help you navigate the assortment. Parking is spacious, shopping is stress-free. Alby Land is a wonderful children's center in the Complex! A huge space, many different areas: trampolines, labyrinths, a dry pool. The children are absolutely delighted, time flies by unnoticeably. Perfect for outdoor activities!

It is dangerous to cross the road (towards Yerevan). There are essentially no shops, 1.5 hypermarkets and an IKEA stall. Ikea is overpriced, small, obviously not official) A large hyper with household goods, but you can buy it all at a nearby store like 1001 or Urartu. And there's a lot of hyper-construction, and you can come here just for it. The food court has one name: at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, on a weekend, wait for gyros or shawarma for 15 minutes - the meat is not ready. It seems that the shopping center has already opened, but half of the squares are empty or closed. Yerevan City Grocery Store is closed on Sunday. There is no point in going except for building materials. Obviously, the inflated rating is a mass of 5-star ratings set even before the opening of the shopping center.

We visited Homplex and, unfortunately, the impressions were extremely negative. First of all, parking is a separate pain. The check-in is inconvenient, everything is organized in such a way that it is impossible to make a circle using the arrows: either drive outside and drive in again, or drive into oncoming traffic, which is absurd and unsafe. At the same time, parking is also paid, which looks strange for such a level of service. Payments are accepted only in cash - in 2025 it already looks ridiculous. The consultants and security guards are completely non-client-oriented. Consultants literally follow you around, breathing down your neck, as if they suspect everyone of trying to steal something - the feeling is as uncomfortable as possible. The guards force them to put packages in boxes - I thought such orders disappeared back in the noughties, but no. The complex is extremely inconvenient: there are a minimum of signs, it is completely unclear where to go, where the food court is, where the "pseudo-Ikea" and other areas are. It seems that getting out of there in an emergency situation will be another quest. Yes, there are several good positions (for Armenia, where it is expensive everywhere), but in general, prices are clearly too high. One gets the feeling that they invested a lot of money, but did not find competent managers, and as a result, another business "from zero" turned out. It's a pity, there was potential, but everything was surprisingly poorly implemented.
