The apartments do not match the photo (the photo is fresher and more beautiful, in fact they are shabby). The doors creak so that you can hear them outside. There are no mosquito nets, the mosquitoes are tormented., south side. The rooms are stuffy. The air conditioner can only be turned on when everything is downstairs on the first floor, otherwise its external unit (which is located not on the street, but in the apartment on the balcony) shakes the entire second floor, it is impossible to sleep because of this noise. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, high humidity, stuffiness, smells damp, even towels do not dry. There is only one bathroom, get ready for queues if you have a large company. The most important thing is that the 10,000₽ deposit was not refunded, citing the presence of damage that cannot be noticed, a dent in the window slope on the ceiling, specially hidden by curtains and tulle. Apparently, this is such an additional income - not to return the deposit to each guest (in full, and not for repairs, which is 10-15 times less than the deposit) . Calls and complaints are not being answered. I don't recommend it. The only advantage is the location.

We came to Minsk for a vacation, rented an apartment, everything was fine, but when we were evicted and leaving the city, we were informed about a broken wall, that we had broken through the wall in one of the rooms, children aged 10-11 lived there.The breakdown was under the ceiling behind a curtain, where the children would not even be able to physically reach , they refused to return the deposit , they did not respond to messages, and the photos on the website showed other photos, not of the apartment that we got . We do not advise anyone ! This is a scam!!
