Vitamins and supplements in different forms of administration, ideal dosages, there is a choice even on the same topic - and not only from Holland & Barrett, but also from other companies. There are very high-quality and rare vitamin complexes, and there are ideal combinations for compatibility. The consultants seem to speak all languages - and give very sound recommendations on reception, compatibility, and dosage. Everything I bought in this store suited my body perfectly! I'm attaching last year's photos - prices have most likely already changed, but the assortment is obvious (a very small part of everything on the shelves got into the photo). In addition to vitamins and all kinds of useful supplements, there are products on the topic of beauty, adult and child hygiene, as well as many interesting things for gluten-free and vegan people (the department of healthy nutrition in this area, of course, is not comprehensive, but very interesting). There are superfoods, mineral supplements, herbal teas, and organic products... I highly recommend it, because finding an official offline Holland & Barrett store is a huge success in itself (and there are two of them in Tbilisi).
