I got into the cafe on the recommendation of a local, he talks cheap and tasty, he eats there himself, out of pleasure: good khinkali and phali, the price is average in Borjomi. Everyone is puffing on cigarettes, it's impossible to sit on the street because of this, dogs are constantly begging, they are driven away, but they come back. They charged 23 lari for servicing an account of 150 lari, which is 15% expensive for me. There are more pleasant places in Borjomi, I do not recommend it.
